Recently, insulated trolleys have come to be used in various fields as power supply lines for cranes, hoists, etc., replacing bare trolley wires.

On the other hand, there has been a proposal for a so-called three-phase all-insulated trolley, in which three conductors are covered with insulating material at predetermined intervals.
This structure is flat as a whole, and has the disadvantage that it complicates the installation process and is prone to shaking in strong winds.

An object of the present invention is to provide a multi-wire insulated trolley which can eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of conventional workability and increase work efficiency.

The following explanation will be given based on the drawings of the embodiments. The conventional product covers one conductor 4 with an insulator 5 as shown in FIG. 2, but the present invention covers two or more conductors as shown in FIG. A conductor 1 and two Metsenger wires made of steel wires or stranded steel wires, that is, branch wires 3, are arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction with the conductor 1 in the center and the branch wires 3 on both sides thereof, and these are simultaneously covered with an insulator 2. It has a similar structure.

Therefore, the conductor 1 is supported through the insulator 2, and since no tension is applied to each conductor 1, there is no disconnection of the conductor 1, and even if there are multiple wires, the terminal can be tied only by holding two branch wires 3. Yes, improving work efficiency.

As described above, according to the insulated trolley of the present invention, tension is applied to the branch wires 3 on both sides to construct the trolley, so there is no disconnection of the conductor 1, and the vibration can be reduced in response to strong winds.

3. Compared to conventional products in which each phase is erected one at a time, it is possible to erect them all at once, which improves work efficiency and eliminates or significantly reduces the need for special support devices.
