サーボ機構の一実施例における基本構成を示すブロック
図、第３薗は本考案に用いられる対物レンズ働フォーカ
ス位置センサの一実施例を説明するための光学式ヘッド
における部分断面図、第４図は第２図図示実施例におけ
る負帰還回路部の詳細回路図を示す二 図中、１はＣＤ、２は光学式ヘッド、３は対物レンズ、
４はフォーカス・アクチュエータ、４−１はフォーカス
用コイル、４−２はフォーカス制　　　□両用磁束発生
部、４−３はフォーカス・アクチュエータ軸、５はビー
ム・スプリッタ、６はレーザ・ダイオード、７はピンフ
ォト・ダイオード、８はフオニカス・エラ信号検出回路
、９は位相補正回路、１０はアクチュエータ・ドライブ
回路、１１は負帰還回路部、１２は対物レンズ・フォー
カス位置センサ、１２−１は発光ダイオード、１−２−
２はフォト・トランジスタ、１３は帰還回路、１４は加
算器、１５は反射面、１６はトラッキング・アクチュエ
ータ、１６−１はトラッキング用コイル、１６−２はト
ラッキング制御用磁束発生部、１６−３はトラッキング
・アクチュエータ軸、１７ないし１９は増幅器を表わす

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トラッキングを行なうために対物レンズをラジアル方向
    に駆動するトラッキング用アクチュエータとフォーカシ
    ングを行なうために上記対物レンズをフォーカス方向に
    駆動するフォーカス用アクチュエータとをそなえ、ビー
    ム像を受光するピンフォト・ダイオードの出力にもとづ
    いて上記トラッキング用アクチュエータとフォーカス用
    アクチュエータとを制御するように構成された光学式ヘ
    ッド位置制御装置において、上記対物レンズのフォーカ
    ス方向の位置を検出する対物レンズ・フォーカス位置セ
    ンサと該対物レンズ・フォーカス位置センサの検出信号
    にもとづいてフォーカス負帰還信号を出力するフォーカ
    ス帰還回路とをもうけ、該フォーカス帰還回路の出力を
    用いて上記ピンフォト・ダイオードの出力にもとづいて
    得られた上１記フォーカス用アクチュエータに対する制
    御信号に負帰還信号を重畳すると共に、上記対物レンズ
    のラジアル方向の位置を検出する対物レンズ・ラジアル
    位置センサと該対物レンズ・ラジアル位置センサの検出
    信号にもとづいてトラッキング負帰還信号を出力するト
    ラッキング帰還回路とをもうけ、該トラッキング帰還回
    路の出力を用いて上記ピンフォト・ダイオードの出力に
    もとづいて得られた上記トラッキング用アクチュエータ
    に対する制御信号に負帰還信号を重畳するように構成さ
    れていることを特徴とする光学式ヘッド位置制御装置。
