Must be. When culturing mushrooms, the first condition is to provide more nutrients to promote their growth, and amino acids are the best nutrients for this.

Addition of nutrients such as amino acids also promotes the growth of these bacteria, which is ultimately undesirable. To solve this problem, there is a method to keep the culture environment completely sterile, but in mushroom cultivation, where long-term culture can be carried out for more than a month, maintaining sterility during that time is extremely difficult and requires an extremely large amount of money. requires capital investment, which inevitably leads to a rise in product prices.

Conventionally, this method has been viewed as rather undesirable.

I discovered that. Wood fumigants here include an aqueous solution made by collecting the smoke emitted when fumigating wood in water, and moktar produced during charcoal burning. Since these fumigants are known to have strong bactericidal and antifungal effects, it is surprising that these wood fumigants showed excellent effects in the artificial cultivation of mushrooms.
In other words, when cultivating shimeji mushrooms, the results of an experiment in which glycine and monosodium glutamate were added as nutrients to a mixture of sawdust and rice bran, which are the usual materials for cultivation, and wood fumigation was added as a bactericidal and preventive agent were compared to controls. This was a good result, giving about twice as much harvest.

ろう。At that time, the number of crops that became unharvesable due to bacteria was halved compared to the control, indicating that the wood evaporator effectively inhibited the growth of bacteria caused by the addition of amino acids. or,
Shimeji mushroom cultivation usually requires 45 days, but it has been found that culturing according to the method of the present invention shortens the cultivation period by nearly one week, and it has become clear that increased production can be expected for this purpose. Possible reasons for the unexpectedly good results mentioned above are that the wood fumigation has a broad range of germ-preventing effects and that the amount used was not at a high concentration of the species that would kill shimeji mushrooms. However, since a certain degree of culture promotion was observed with just the addition of wood fumigation, it is predicted that there are substances in wood fumigation that not only have bactericidal and antifungal effects but also promote the growth of mushrooms. can. As mentioned above, the method of the present invention is an epoch-making method that accelerates the cultivation of mushrooms approximately twice as much, and it not only provides great economic benefits to cultivators, but also supplies large quantities of inexpensive mushrooms to the market. This will make it possible to improve the quality of life of the people, and will be of great help in improving the lives of the people.

The main culture accelerator is added directly to the medium when culturing in an artificial tower, and when using natural wood, the natural wood is soaked in water containing the main culture accelerator for an appropriate period of time before the start of culture, and then taken out. Use after drying. The amount of wood fumigation used in the method of the present invention is <
It is sufficient that the characteristic odor of fumes does not impair the product value.

ない。The amino acid used in the method of the present invention refers to one type of amino acid or a mixture of multiple types of amino acids, and it is preferable to use a mixture of as many amino acids as possible. However, when considering the economic efficiency, it is practical to use inexpensive amino acids such as glycine and monosodium glutamate. The larger the amount used, the greater the effect, but since amino acids are expensive, it is natural that there is a limit to the amount used from an economic standpoint. Next, examples of the present invention will be shown, but it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to these examples.

As a control, a mixture of sawdust and rice bran without the addition of the culture promoting base of the present invention was placed in 600 plastic containers of the same container, and 600 bottles each were used for the test and the control, and the mixture was grown in a shimeji greenhouse. We conducted a test. The test conditions and results are shown below.

The preliminary test results using Hiratake etc., as well as the preliminary test for shimeji mushrooms, are extremely satisfactory, and it is predicted that the test results for enoki mushrooms and Hiratake mushrooms on the same scale as in Example 2 will be as good as those for shimeji mushrooms. It was sufficient.
