Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 不発明は遠隔操作による遠隔操作用管継手に関するもの
である。
従来、管継手ではねじ込継手、フランジ紬手等Ｊ工Ｓ規
格等に定められたものはあるが、これらは何れも人手に
よって組立、分解をしなければならず、操作員が直接立
入ることのできない悪環境では保守が困難であるためす
べて溶接接合していた。
特に、遠隔操作で管継手の着脱を行なうには、管継手お
よび工具をクレーン等で１色って上方から取付け、取外
しをしなければなら彦かった。
また管継手の締め付けはクレーン晴・に吊られたパワー
レンチ等の操作があり、横向ボルトや管の下側に設けら
れたボルトは締め刊けが困難であった。
本発明は上記従来の不具合を解消したもので、遠隔操作
によって継手の組伺・取外しができる構造の継手を提供
することを目的としたものである。
本発明は、接合する２箇の管の端部にそれぞれ設けたフ
ランジの、片方の管を上半分をテーパの付いたフランジ
、下半分を溝形フランジとし、他方の管を全周にテーパ
の伺いたフランジとし、該フランジを前記溝形フランジ
に上から嵌め込み、半割れの繊状クランプリングを両方
の管のフランジに上からセットし、鞍状クランプリンク
也溝形フランジに固定し、２箇の管を結合するものであ
る。
本発明の一実施例を第１図ないし第４図に示す。
１および２は接合すべき管で、管１の接合端部上半分お
よび管２の接合端部全周にテーパの付いたフランジｌＩ
ａおよび２ａが設けられている。看；１の接合端部下半
分に溝を切ったフランジ１ｂを設け、管２のフランジ２
ａを受け支えることができるようになっている。
３は半割れされ裏側に四部３ａを有する鞘状クランプリ
ング、４はクランプリング３に穿けられたパツキンリッ
プ用のスリットミ　５はクランプリング３を管１のフラ
ンジ１ｂの鍔ＩＣに締付ける締付ボルト、６は管１．２
の接合面のパツキンである。
次に本発明の作用を述べる。
管１は下半分が溝形クランプｌｂになっているため、管
２を上方から管１に置くことによって位置決めされる。
それから、管１．２の接合面に上方からパツキン６を挿
入する。
次にフランジ１ａ、２ａに上方からクランプリング３を
乗せ、？１１ｆｏボルト５でクランプリング３を上方か
ら管１の鍔ＩＣに締め付りる。
クランプリング３のスリット１１によりパツキン６の着
脱が容易である。
このようにすべて上からの操作で、雀・１．２の接合、
取外しを行なうことができる。
本発明は上記の構造・作用であるので、（１）　遠隔操
作によって継手の組付、１１ｙ、外しがｊ−＋Ｊ能であ
る。
（２）ホルト締伺力の小さい状態で７ランノに強い接合
力を与えることができる。
（３）部品は下側にカるものから順次積木を亜ねるよう
にして組伺けられる。
等のきわめてすぐれた効果を有するものでおる。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １、接合する２箇の管の端部にそれぞれ設は人フランジ
    の、片方の管を上半分をテーパの付いたフランジ、下半
    分を溝形フランジとし、他方の管を全周にテーパの付い
    たフランジとし、該フランジを前記溝形フランジに上か
    ら嵌め込み、半割れの繊状クランプリングを前記両方の
    管のフランジに上からセットし、前記繊状クランプリン
    グと前記溝形フランジＣ乞固定したことを特徴とする遠
    隔操作用管継手。
