Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase a resistance force against a horizontal force, by a method wherein a cylindrical casing is erected outwardly of the outer peripheral part of the head part of a hollow pile having a top part which is open, and concrete is poured in the hollow part of the pile head and also in a footing part. CONSTITUTION:After a hollow pile 1 with a top part which is open, and a cylindrical casing 4 with a partial bottom 3 is erected, as it is guided by the pile 1, outwardly of the outer peripheral part of a pile head part in a manner that a gap between the forward end thereof and the pile 1 is closed. By hanging down a blocking material 7 from a mounting rod 15 by means of chains 16, the blocking material is disposed in the pile 1 in a level lower than that of the casing 3. Reinforcing bars 14 for underground beam, extending through the casing 4, are arranged, and a plate 8 having a through-hole formed at the center, is placed to the top part of the pile 1. がなく、ケーシングの移動の恐れがないので杭およびケ
ーシングの芯出しが容易である。

配筋してフ〒チングと一体として施工能率を向上するこ
とにある。 従来一般には杭頭をフーチングに定着するためにアンカ
ー鉄筋を設けるが、引抜力、水平力によって生ずる杭上
部の曲げモーメントを考慮レストレスが落ちるのでより
問題となる。 そこて杭頭部の外周にケーシングまたは鋼管を予め、あ
るいは後から嵌めて、杭頭部または杭上部を補強する構
造のものが開発されており、例えば実公昭56−540
45号公報、特公昭48−14086号公報に示される
方法がある。 ところで前者の公報に示される場合杭頭接合部のみの補
強であり、短かい鋼管は地盤中に至らず、杭材の補強効
果はなく、しかもケーシングとの間に先に充填材を充填
しておくので施工手間が増す。また後者の公報に示され
る場合はケーシングを先に打込むのでケーシング内に土
砂が入ってケーシングを損傷する恐れがあり、また杭打
の際ケーシングが移動する恐れがある。 さらにケーシング内部の土砂の排出が困難である。 この発明は前記従来の問題点を解消すべく開発したもの
で以下その詳細を図示した実施例によって説明する。 先ず頂部が開口した中空の杭1を所望の位置の地盤中に
打込み等によって建込む。次いでその杭1を案内にして
水平力の影響の大きい杭頭部外周部に先端部を杭との間
隙を塞ぐように一部底2を設けた筒形ケーシング3を打
込み等によって建込む。なおケーシングの長さは杭径の
5倍以上で8倍以下であることが望ましい。杭1内には
数句棒4から鎖5によって懸垂することによって寒月6
を筒形ケーシング6より深い位置に配置する。 また杭1の上部において筒形ケーシング6を挿通して地
中梁7の鉄筋8を配筋し、杭1の頂部には中火に透孔を
有するプレート9を数句け、杭1内およびケーシング4
内にコンクリート10を打設し、次いて鉄骨柱11のベ
ースプレート12を前記プレート9に重ねてボルト・ナ
ツト等で結合し、次いで地中梁7部分およびフーチング
部16のコンクリートを一体的に打設する。 この発明は以上の構成からなり、頂部が開口した中空杭
の水平力の影響の大きい杭上部外周部の地盤中に筒形ケ
ーシングを建込み、杭上部中空内およびケーシング内に
フーチング部とともにコンクリートを打設して一体とす
るので施■が一工程ですみ、かつ杭頭部外周部の地盤を
 ゛圧密するので耐力の向上が著しい。またケーシング
を挿通して地中梁等の鉄筋を配筋しであるのでこの鉄筋
が杭のアンカー鉄筋となり、かつ杭頭部を補強するので
水平力に対する抵抗も合理的でかつ充分である。しかも
杭を建込んでから杭を案内として、ケーシングを建込む
のでケーシングの損傷の恐れがなく、ケーシングの移動
の恐れがないので杭およびケーシングの芯出しが容易で
