ケーシングが移動する恐れがある。さらにケーシ
ング内部の土砂の排出が困難である。

地中梁等の鉄筋を配筋してあるのでこの鉄筋が杭
のアンカー鉄筋となり、かつ杭頭部を補強するの
で水平力に対する抵抗も合理的でかつ充分であ
る。しかも杭を建込んでから杭を案内として、ケ
ーシングを建込むのでケーシングの損傷の恐れが
なく、ケーシングの移動の恐れがないので杭およ
びケーシングの芯出しが容易である。
