Likewise, each of branch hose parts of a vacuum hose 4 leading suction pressure into a diaphragm device in an autotimer additionally installed in a distributor 9 are also covered with each metallic member 5, and connected to the wire 8 connecting intervals between the said metallic members 7 via a wire 8'. And, high tension static electricity is generated in these metallic members 7 by means of an electric field generated concentratedly at a tip of the plug cap 6 by high voltage in time of ignition, and with this static electricity utilized, air inside the vacuum hose 4 is ionized through these metallic members 5.
