Abstract
PURPOSE: By installing on a fuel injection nozzle a divergent part serving to allow injection of fuel in flat and stratified layers in the transverse direction of combustion chamber and further to a sparking position of an ignition plug, combustion efficiency is improved and production of noxious components in the exhaust gas is reduced.
