DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides wood rotting fungi such as Shiitake fungi, which are inoculated into logs, artificially cultured, and germinated into wood, which can then be cultivated and harvested as appropriate. This paper relates to a method for culturing and growing wood-decaying fungi.

Conventional methods for cultivating wood-decaying fungi for food include:
There are two types of cultivation: cultivation in a natural environment and cultivation done artificially.The former involves drilling holes in logs of oak, sawtooth oak, chestnut, etc., and inoculating seed bacteria into each of these, and the latter. Normally, a culture medium is prepared by mixing sawdust and rice bran in an appropriate ratio, inoculated with inoculum, and cultivated in an air-conditioned culture room. However, in the case of the former, 1 to 1 .20 to 30 inoculation holes are drilled in each log of about 5 m in length, and after inoculating the inoculum into these holes, it is necessary to temporarily inoculate the seedlings, and then culture them for a long time in a natural environment such as in a mountain forest. Nowadays, as workers are getting older, the labor of transporting 1 to 1.5 meter logs and bare wood is a huge burden, and it also requires long-term cultivation, germination, and growth in a natural environment. Therefore, due to changes in natural conditions, it becomes a problem whether or not it can be cultivated reliably, making harvesting unstable.

また、後者のオガクズとかコメヌカによるものにあって

In addition, in the latter case, using sawdust or rice bran, Shimeji mushrooms, Nameko mushrooms, etc. are cultivated, but since they must be cultivated in an air-conditioned cultivation room, it takes a considerable amount of time, and the cost of air conditioning is also large. It has problems such as becoming.

Therefore, in consideration of the above facts, the present invention reduces the labor involved in transporting logs, bare wood, etc., and cultivates seed bacteria reliably through an integrated process in a process under artificially controlled conditions in a factory. The purpose of this work was to provide a method for cultivating wood-decaying fungi such as shiitake mushrooms, which could be cultivated and harvested in a short period of time.

That is, the present invention includes a process of manufacturing relatively short raw wood;
A process of storing the raw wood in a sealed bag and steam sterilizing it under pressure, a process of leaving it to cool in the sterilized sealed bag, and inoculating wood-decaying fungi such as shiitake mushrooms into the cooled open bag. wood such as shiitake mushrooms, which comprises the steps of culturing for a predetermined number of days, removing the cultivated log from a sealed bag and submerging it in water, and germinating the submerged log in a standard atmosphere, growing it, and then harvesting it. This article focuses on methods for culturing and growing rotting fungi.

Hereinafter, in order to further clarify the gist of the present invention described above,
An example will be given and explained using drawings. In the figure, A shows the log manufacturing process.
A 0-year-old tree with a diameter of about 10 to 20 cm is cut into 15 to 20 cm pieces immediately after felling, or during a period when it is not too dry, to produce short logs 11 (hereinafter referred to as similar logs).

Next, E shows the inoculation process, in which Shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, nameko mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, reishi mushrooms, and pine mushrooms are injected through a filter 3 using a syringe J etc. in a sterile room with the same temperature conditions as the cooling room. By injecting wood-decaying fungi such as Oji into the sealed bag 2, they adhere to the short logs 11 stored therein and are inoculated in a sterile state. Log 1

(1) Each process from inoculation and cultivation of wood-decaying fungi such as shiitake mushrooms to cultivation and harvesting is carried out in a series of steps in an artificially controlled environment such as in a factory, so conventionally, for example, it takes several days to harvest shiitake mushrooms. However, it took about one and a half years from inoculation of the bacteria, but it was completed within half a year, about one-third of this time, and there are no unstable factors like under natural conditions, and there are no changes in temperature, humidity, time, and other factors. All conditions can be controlled artificially and the bacteria can be cultured reliably under sterile conditions, making it possible to cultivate the bacteria in a short period of time and yielding a highly reliable harvest.

(2) Logs that were conventionally 1 to 1.5 m long were now 15 m long.
Since the length is as short as 250 to 250 mm, the labor required to transport logs and bare wood can be extremely reduced, making it extremely efficient in these days when workers are working on higher ground.

Furthermore, since the logs are short, the moisture inside the logs is quickly released, which also makes it sterile, making it possible to cultivate the logs in a short period of time.

Although the above embodiments have been explained based on each operation, it is also possible to divide the factory into separate rooms for each operation, attach a conveyance mechanism to enable integrated operations, or perform the sterilization process in a pot. The above-mentioned objects, functions, and effects of the present invention may be achieved as desired, such as making the entire chamber into a sterilizing pot-like shape or changing the form of the airtight bag. Needless to say, none of these changes changes the gist of the present invention.

As will become clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, the problems described above that have arisen in the conventional culture and cultivation method of wood-decaying fungi such as shiitake mushrooms can be improved very simply and effectively. It must be said that the practical benefits brought about by the present invention are enormous.
