椅子利用者が車椅子補助台車を用いて安全に昇降するこ
とができる。勿論、一般利用者も通常のエスカレータ運
転を行なうことによって同等支障なく使用することがで
きる。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 (1ン、車椅子を載せて付添い者が押し動かすことがで
きる前後車輪を持った台車本体と、この台車本体に備え
られエスカレータの踏段水平部からの階段形成運動、或
いはその逆の踏段階段部からの踏段水平形成運動に合わ
せて、車椅子を載せた台車本体を後輪側上昇及び後輪側
下降させ、常に水平状態を維持させる台車水平維持装置
とから構成された車椅子補助台車の昇降用エスカレータ
に於いて、該エスカレータの全ての踏段の乗込み台車で
遮られないサイド部分に、踏段クリート部を貫通した台
車乗込み位置の停止目印となる穴を穿設し、且つこの穴
部に透光板を取付けると共に、エスカレータ乗降口の1
−ラス内部に、車椅子補助台車をエスカレータ上に載せ
る時にだけ自動若しくは手動で点灯され前記目印穴部を
下側から照明するランプを設けたことを特徴とする車椅
子補助台車昇降用エスカレータ。 (2ン、前記補助台車は台車本体の前部−側部に付添い
者の視線合せ用目印を有し、前記エスカレータ踏段の穴
開は位置が補助台車を正規の乗込み位置に押し込み停止
させた時に、前記台車側の視線目印と略一致して見える
位置にあることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項に記
載の車椅子補助台車昇降用エスカレータ。
