Regarding Figures 7 to 9, JP-A-60-218285
An example of the above-mentioned conventional escalator shown in the above publication will be explained. In Figures 7 to 9, 1 is the main frame of the escalator, 2 is a step chain provided in the main frame 1 and driven by a driving machine 21, and 3 is a conventional escalator in which a number of step chains are connected in an endless manner by the step chains 2. Steps, 31 is a special step installed between 3 normal steps, 4 is a handrail erected on the main frame 1, 5 is an entrance floor plate fixed to the upper and lower floor entrances, 6 is a wheelchair 61 This is the user who rode it. The special step 31 also includes an elevating step board 32 and a movable step board 3 pivotally attached to the lower floor end of the elevating step board 32.
3, and a drive source 34 such as an electric motor that rotates in forward and reverse directions, and the forward and reverse rotation of the drive source 34 raises and lowers the elevating footboard 32 via the × cross link 35, and the link 36.3
7, the movable tread plate 33 rotates to the lower floor and upper floor side, and when the elevating tread plate 32 is raised, the movable tread plate 33 extends to the lower floor side, and when the elevating tread plate 32 is lowered, it closely overlaps the movable tread plate 33. It is composed of The following steps are taken to transport the wheelchair user 6 using the conventional escalator configured as described above. In the case of upward operation of the escalator, when the wheelchair Ikawa Oto 6 reaches the floor plate 5 at the entrance/exit of the lower floor, the special step 31 moves the normally operating escalator to the horizontal part A of the lower floor just before the floor plate 5. Stop it in position. Next, the drive source 34 of the special step 31 is rotated in the normal direction, the elevating step board 32 is raised, the movable step board 33 is extended toward the lower floor, and the drive source 34 is stopped. In this state, as shown in FIG.
The free end of the movable footboard 33 is located on the tip side sloped part 56, and the parts of the elevating footboard 32, the movable footboard 33, and the floorboard 5 other than the sloped part 56 are located on substantially the same plane.
The wheelchair user 6 gets on the elevator tread 32 and the movable tread 33 from the floorboard 5 together with the wheelchair 61. At this time, if there is a step between the floorboard 5 and the movable stepboard 33,
As shown in FIG. 8, an auxiliary plate 3 is attached to the tip of the movable footplate

One idea is to make it easier for passengers to board the vehicle. After the wheelchair user 6 gets on the special steps 31 as described above, the escalator is operated upward, and through the constant slope section B, the normal steps 3 adjacent above the special steps 31 reach the horizontal section C of the upper floor. Stop the escalator when the state is reached. Subsequently, the wheelchair user 6 and the wheelchair 61 descend from the special steps 31, through the horizontal normal steps 3, and onto the entrance floorboard 5 on the upper floor. After the wheelchair 61 gets off the special step 31, the driving source 34 is reversed, the movable step board 33 is stacked on the elevating step board 32, and the elevating step board 32 is lowered and returned to its original position. make it available for use. In addition, when the auxiliary board 38 is used, it is returned to be parallel to the movable step board 33 in a timely manner. after that,
Operate the escalator normally. In addition, in the case of descending operation of the escalator, the wheelchair user 6 gets on the special stairs 31 from the entrance floor plate 5 on the upper floor via the horizontal regular steps 3, gets off at the lower floor, and the boarding and alighting position is changed to the ascending operation. The operation is almost the opposite of that during upward operation, such as in the opposite direction.

The conventional escalator having the special steps configured as described above has the following problems. As shown in FIG. 9, the steps of the escalator shown in FIG. 9 have a dimension of about 400ffI11 in the front-rear (depth) direction, and a step difference in the constant slope section B of about 20011IIm. Further, when the movable tread plate 33 of the special step 31 is unfolded and extended toward the lower floor, the sum of the longitudinal dimensions of the movable tread plate 33 and the elevating tread plate 32 is approximately 750III11. In the special step 31, as shown in FIG. 8, the height of elevation of the elevating step 32 and the movable step 33 is increased. If it is not 100 m or less, it will be difficult to transfer the wheelchair 61 from the entrance floorboard 5 onto the tread formed by the elevating tread 32 and the movable tread 33. Further, from above the floor board 5, an elevating step board 32 and a movable step board 3 are provided.
A movable tread 33 is provided to facilitate the transition to the tread 3.
If the auxiliary plate 38 is provided, the structure becomes complicated, and it is extremely difficult to provide both the auxiliary plate 38 and the wheel stopper 39 for preventing the wheelchair 61 from falling. This makes it difficult to make it fully automatic, and furthermore, as shown in FIG.
is 100mo+, and when the wheelchair 61 is rotated, the wheels 63 of the large wheelchair 61, such as an extra-large wheelchair or an electric wheelchair with a long wheel base, will protrude from the movable steps 33, making it impossible to ride the wheelchair. There are some inconvenient circumstances. This invention solves the above problems and provides a special solution. Even if you increase the height of the rising/lowering treads and movable treads of the steps,
The footrest 501 makes it possible to get on and off the wheelchair smoothly and safely without any hindrance, eliminating the need for an auxiliary board on the movable tread and installing a wheel stopper.Furthermore, even large wheelchairs can use the adjacent regular steps. The purpose is to obtain an escalator that can be transported.

In the escalator of this invention, the special step is stopped at a predetermined position immediately before the lower floor entrance, the elevating step is raised higher than that of the conventional escalator, and the movable step is extended toward the lower floor. On the other hand, the wheelchair with the wheelchair user on it is placed on the lowered floorboard that also serves as a wheelchair boarding platform, and the entire floorboard is raised almost parallel to the movable tread so that the auxiliary board is not needed, and then stopped. Alternatively, after tilting the floorboard that also serves as a wheelchair boarding platform and raising the tip of the floorboard almost parallel to the movable tread, the wheelchair is boarded onto the floorboard. In this state, the wheelchair is placed on the movable tread and the elevating tread from the floorboard (see FIG. 1). In this case,
The predetermined position at which the special step stops is set in advance so that the opposing ends of the movable step and the floor plate serving as the boarding platform are close to each other. Next, when the escalator is operated upward and reaches a certain slope section, as shown in Fig. 3 or 5, the level difference between the elevating and movable treads and the normal tread adjacent to the top is eliminated or minimized, and the wheelchair The footrest 1 does not come into contact with the tread of the normal tread adjacent to the top,
Position it above it. Furthermore, the escalator continues to ascend and stops when the special step reaches near the horizontal part of the upper floor and the difference in level between the special step, the elevating step, the movable step, and the normal step adjacent above disappears or becomes small ( (See Figure 4) In this state, the wheelchair is lowered from the special steps to the upper floor entrance via a plurality of horizontal horizontal steps. Then, lower the floorboard that also serves as the boarding platform, and after the wheelchair gets off, return the movable treadle and the elevating treadle to their pre-operation state, and allow the escalator to operate normally.

The upper end of a push-up rack rod 54 is connected to the fitting portion of the cross link 52, and this rack rod 54 is supported by a fixed member 53 so as to be movable up and down. The above-mentioned parts are engaged with each other, and the elevating and lowering operation mechanism 58 is configured. In addition, the floor plate 51 that also serves as a boarding platform is formed to have a dimension in the front-rear (depth) direction of 400 mm or more and a dimension in the left-right (width) direction of 700 mm or more, and the floor board 51 that also serves as a boarding platform has an inclined portion 56 on the tip side. , a horizontal portion 57 is fixed at each end. The lifting height H of the lifting tread 32 of the special step 31 is set to approximately 200 mm, and when the floor plate 51, which also serves as a boarding platform, is lifted, the tread of this and the tread of the lifting tread 32 are located on the same plane. The rising height H3 is set as follows. Note that the configuration of this embodiment other than that described above is the same as that of the escalator shown in FIGS. 7 to 9. Next, the operation of the escalator according to this embodiment will be explained. To transport a wheelchair user from the lower floor to the upper floor, first, as shown in FIG. 32 is raised to a rising height H4, and the movable step board 33 is inverted and extended so as to be located on the same horizontal plane as the elevating step board 32 on the lower floor side, and held in this state. This operation is
The drive source 34 is rotated in the normal direction, × cross link 35, link 3
By driving 6,37te, the elevating step board 32 is raised, and in synchronization with this, the movable step board 33 is reversed and R-opened, and then the drive source 34 is deenergized. On the other hand, the wheelchair 61 on which the wheelchair user is riding is placed on the lowered floor plate 51 which also serves as a boarding platform, and an electric motor (not shown) drives the binion 55 in normal rotation to push up the rack rod 54 and cross the A floor plate 5 which also serves as a boarding platform via a link 52
1 to a height H3 and de-energize the electric motor. With this operation, the floor plate 51, which also serves as a boarding platform, is held in a substantially horizontal position with the movable footboard 33 and the elevating footboard 32. In this case, the special step 31 is previously stopped at the predetermined position where the opposing ends of the movable step 33 and the floor plate 51, which also serves as a boarding platform, are close to each other. Then, the wheelchair 61 is made to ride onto the tread surfaces of the movable tread plate 33 and the elevating tread plate 32 from the raised floor plate 51 which also serves as a boarding platform. Thereafter, by energizing the electric motor and driving the pinion 55 in reverse, the floor plate 51, which also serves as a boarding platform, is lowered, and this returns the horizontal portion 57 at the distal end to be located on the same horizontal plane. Next, the escalator is operated upward, as shown in Figure 3.
A special step 31 carrying a wheelchair 61 is transported to a constant slope section B. In this slope section, the tread of the normal step 3 adjacent above the special step 31 and the elevating tread 3 of the special step 31
2 and the movable tread 33 remain horizontal, and the special step 31 rises. Therefore, the front wheels 64 of the wheelchair 61 are positioned astride the front end of the elevating footboard 32 or the rear end of the normal step 3 adjacent to this front end, and the wheelchair
1] - The ground clearance of the rest 62 is JIS standard 50
Even if the width is 3 mm, the large wheelchair 61 with a long front-back dimension can be transported by using the normal steps 3 adjacent above. Furthermore, the ascending operation continues, and as shown in FIG. 4, the special step 31 reaches near the horizontal part C of the upper floor, and the tread of the ascending elevating step 32 and movable step 33 and the normal step 3 adjacent above. The escalator will stop at a predetermined position where there are no steps. In this state, wheelchair 61
from the special steps 31 to the multiple normal steps 3 that are horizontal.
The vehicle is then lowered onto the floorboard 5 of the entrance/exit door on the upper floor. Incidentally, the upper floor entrance/exit floor plate 5 may be removably fixed like the conventional one. Further, after the wheelchair 61 gets off, the driving source 34
is reversed, the movable step board 33 and the elevating step board 32 are returned to the state before their operation, the special step 31 can be used in the same way as the normal step 3, and the escalator is operated normally. In the case of a descending operation of the carator in which a wheelchair user gets on a special step on the upper floor side and gets off on the lower floor side, it is sufficient to perform the operation opposite to the above-mentioned upward operation. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the elevating tread 32 and the movable tread 33 are raised by a height such that these treads become parallel to the tread of the normal step 3 adjacent above in a constant slope section. However, as in the modified example shown in FIG.
Even if the height difference H2 is smaller than that, there is no problem because the footrest 6 of the wheelchair 61 is located. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 3, a longitudinal dimension of about 1150 m, which can be mounted even on an electric wheelchair with a long wheelbase, is obtained by using the treads of the normal steps adjacent above, and is shown in Fig. 4. Also, since the footrest does not come into contact with the normal steps adjacent above, it is possible to carry a wheelchair that is longer in the front-rear direction than conventional wheelchairs. In addition, in this embodiment, the floor plate 5 which also serves as a boarding platform
1 may be raised in synchronization with the operations of the elevating step plate 32 and movable step plate 33 of the special step 31, and may be performed prior to these operations. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the lifting mechanism of the floor plate 51 that also serves as a boarding platform and the elevating/lowering tread plate 32 of the special step 31 does not necessarily need to use an x-cross link, and the floor board 51 that also serves as a boarding platform uses an electric motor. It can be raised and lowered using a hand-cranked jack without any hassle.
Furthermore, the entire lower floor entrance may be constructed with a floor plate 51 that also serves as a boarding platform. FIG. 6 shows a special step for Eska L.-Yu according to another embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 6, the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 to 4 indicate corresponding parts, and 59 is a hinge that pivots the end portion of the floor plate 51, which also serves as a boarding platform, to the horizontal portion 57. The upper end of the push-up rack rod 54 is pivotally attached to the lower surface of the tip of the floor plate 51, and the structure is the same as that of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, except that the cross link is omitted. In this embodiment, the lowered floorboard 51 is rotated about the hinge 59 by driving the pinion 55 in normal rotation by an electric motor (not shown), and the tip of the floorboard 51 is raised. Movable tread 33 and elevating tread 3
2 and maintain the tilted state almost horizontally. In this state, the wheelchair is allowed to ride onto the floorboard 51 from the distal side, and is transferred onto the movable footplate 33 and the elevating footplate 32 from its tip. Thereafter, the pinion 55 is reversely driven by the electric motor at a proper time, thereby returning the floorboard 51 to its original position. This embodiment is suitable for an escalator in which the depth (front-to-back direction) of the entrance floor plate 5 is long, and the user waits with the wheelchair near the floor plate 51, which also serves as a wheelchair boarding platform, until the floor plate 51, which also serves as a wheelchair boarding platform, is raised during upward operation. After the floorboard 51 is raised to an inclined state, the wheelchair user gets on the floorboard 51. When lowering the plate, the floor plate 51 is raised, and the wheelchair user moves from the raised elevating tread 32 and movable tread 33 to the floor plate 51 together with the wheelchair.
Since it slides naturally on the slope of the floorboard 51, it is possible to get off easily. In this embodiment, the mechanism for raising the floorboard 51 does not use an x-cross link, so the structure is simple. In addition, the elevating treads and movable treads of the special steps according to the present invention have a rising height H7 of the treads of 150 mm or more, and a step difference H2 between these treads and the normal step adjacent above in the constant slope section B is less than 50 M. That is.

As explained above, the escalator according to the present invention is equipped with a special step having an elevating tread and a movable tread extending from the elevating tread in the direction of the lower floor, and doubles as a wheelchair boarding platform that can be ascended and descended from the lower floor entrance. Since a floor plate was provided, the wheelchair was placed in a lowered state on the floor plate that also served as a boarding platform, and the whole or tip of the floor plate that also served as a boarding platform was adjusted to the height when the elevating tread of the special steps and the movable tread were raised. To allow a wheelchair to get on and off between a raised floor plate that doubles as a boarding platform, a raised elevating tread, and a movable tread that extends horizontally to the lower floor. This allows for smooth and safe getting on and off of the wheelchair without any hindrance, even if the elevating and movable treads are raised higher than conventional ones, without the use of auxiliary boards. It is possible to install a car stop, and in a certain slope section, the height difference between the elevating and movable treads of the special steps and the normal steps adjacent to the top of the special steps is eliminated (very small), and the footrest of the wheelchair is removed. By being located above the wheelchair rather than in contact with it, there is an effect that even a large wheelchair with a long length in the front and back direction can be transported using the normal steps adjacent to the upper part.
