Abstract

PURPOSE:To wet spin hemp fibers without uneven nor broken yarns, by wetting a fiber bundle of partially hemp fibers, predrafting the bundle, squeezing the water with pressure rolls between a predrafting zone and a main drafting zone, drafting the bundle mainly in the main drafting zone, and false twisting the drafted bundle. CONSTITUTION:A fiber bundle 1 of at least partially hemp fibers is first supplied with water from a water supply nozzle 2, wetted, predrafted with a pair of back rollers 4 and 4' and a pair of front rollers 5 and 5' in a predrafting zone 3, passed through a pair of pressure rollers 6 and 6' provided between the predrafting zone 3 and a main drafting zone 7 to squeeze the water under a given pressure, drafted mainly with a pair of back rollers 8 and 8' and a pair of front rollers 9 and 9' in the main drafting zone 7 and false twisted in a false twisting nozzle 10 to give a yarn 1', which is dried and wound to spin the aimed hemp fibers.

Conventionally, methods described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 7662/1983 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 132230/1983 have been known as wet spinning methods in which stable fibers are moistened and drafted. In the case of fiber spinning,
When the spinning speed is higher than 20 m/min, there are problems in that misdrafting occurs, yarn unevenness, yarn breakage, etc.

本発明者は、上記のごとき問題点を解決すべり、。The inventors of the present invention have solved the above problems.

As a result of various studies, it was discovered that misdrafts in wet spinning of hemp fibers and the resulting yarn irregularities and yarn breakages are caused by uneven moisture content in pre-drafted fiber bundles. The present invention was completed based on this knowledge.

That is, the present invention provides a wet spinning method in which a fiber bundle, at least a part of which is made of hemp fibers, is wetted and pre-drafted, then main-drafted, pre-combusted, dried and wound.
This is a wet spinning method for hemp fibers, which is characterized in that a pre-drafted fiber bundle is squeezed at a constant pressure by a pressure roller provided between a pre-draft zone and a main draft zone, and then main-drafted.

In the present invention, pre-drafted wet fiber bundle fl+
As mentioned above, the pressure roller +61. is provided between the pre-draft zone (3) and the main draft zone (7). (σ), the liquid is squeezed at a constant pressure and the moisture content is adjusted to be almost constant, so in the subsequent main draft, the draft force is stabilized and the spinning speed is 20 m/min or more. There is no draft error even when the speed is 50m/mi.
Even at high speeds of n or higher, yarn unevenness or yarn breakage due to draft unevenness does not occur, and stable spinning can be maintained.

EXAMPLE Using the apparatus shown in FIG. 1, linen line slivers (70 gel/6 yards) were first moistened by supplying water with a water supply nozzle, then drafted 2.5 times in a pre-draft zone, and then drafted with a roller. The water content in the sliver was adjusted to be almost constant by squeezing it with a pressure roller with a pressure of 5 kg, then drafted 8 times in the main draft zone, and then with an air pressure of 2.2 kg/c+J using a temporary combustion nozzle. False twist and spin at a spinning speed of 100 m/min.
' S (Ne,) yarn was spun and dried in a drying drum at 180°C to obtain I@. In this case, the spinning is good,
There were no problems such as yarn breakage, and high quality yarn with no yarn unevenness could be spun very smoothly.

これに対し、前記のプレッシャローラを用いない場合は

On the other hand, when the pressure roller was not used, yarn breakage occurred frequently even at a spinning speed of 2 Qm/min, and a yarn with many irregularities was obtained.
