Claims (3)
- （１）陰極フィラメントを有する陰極構体と陽極ターゲ
ットを有する陽極構体とを対向して配設してなるＸ線管
において、 上記陰極フィラメントから発生し上記陽極ターゲットへ
照射される電子ビームの走行経路の上記ターゲットに近
い箇所に、上記電子ビームの周縁部を遮断する遮断する
遮蔽体を設けてなることを特徴とするＸ線管。 - （２）上記遮蔽体は上記陽極ターゲットに密着している
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のＸ線管。 - （３） 上記遮蔽体の材質はカーボンを主体とする材
料である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載
のＸ線管。
