Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ボディ本体の両側面にそれぞれ配設されたバリアダイヤ
    フラムに各測定圧力を与え、内封液の移動を封入回路を
    仕切って設けた半導体圧力センサにより電気的な出力と
    して取り出すようにした差圧発信器において、前記ボデ
    ィ本体の外周面に内筒を配設し、保護体の先端面に支持
    体を介して前記半導体圧力センサを配設し、前記保護体
    を前記半導体圧力センサと共に前記内筒内に配設してこ
    れらを溶接することにより該内筒をシールし、かつ前記
    内筒の外周に遊嵌され前記ボディ本体に配設される外筒
    と前記保護体とを溶接して該外筒をシールしたことを特
    徴とする差圧発信器。
