    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体感圧ダイヤフラムセンサを備えた差圧計において
    、前記センサに圧力を伝達する液封流路の一部を円柱体
    で閉塞し、この円柱体に、前記液封流路内壁にほぼ内接
    する環状流路、およびこれと円柱体前後の液封流路とを
    連通ずる流路を設けたことを特徴とする差圧計の衝撃波
    保護装置。
