Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一側面に凹部が設けられ、この凹部と連通ずる貫通孔が
    設けられた本体と、前記凹部の外側周辺に固定され、前
    記凹部と共に受圧室を形成する受圧ダイアフラムとを有
    し、前記受圧ダイアフラムで受けた圧力を前記貫通孔に
    接続された細管により圧力検出手段へ伝達する受圧カプ
    セルにおいて、前記凹部の壁面と前記受圧ダイアフラム
    との間に、温度変化に応じて伸縮する、二方向性形状記
    憶合金の温度補償体を設けたことを特徴とする受圧カプ
    セル。
