Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）基板上に発電用の第１のプリントコイルを配設し
    、この第１のプリントコイルに回転体と一体に回転する
    多極マグネットを対向した回転検出装置において、前記
    第１のプリントコイル上に絶縁被膜を介在して第２のプ
    リントコイルを形成し、この第２のプリントコイルと前
    記第１のプリントコイルとの有効コイル部が一致するよ
    うに重合させると共に、各々のプリントコイルを直列に
    接続してなる多層プリントコイルを有する回転検出装置
    。
  2. （２）基板上に張設した銅箔をエツチングすることによ
    り形成された第１のプリントコイル上に絶縁被膜を介し
    て銀ペースト等の導体を印刷することによって形成され
    た第２のプリントコイルを形成した実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項に記載の多層プリントコイルを有する回転検
    出装置。
  3. （３）　　第１のプリントコイルのコイル幅寸法より第
    ２のプリントコイル幅寸法を小さくした実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項に記載の多層プリントコイルを有する回
    転検出装置。
