    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁基板上に膜状の電気回路を形成した混成集積回路基
    板を複数枚積み重ねて混成集積回路装置を形成する積層
    混成集積回路装置用リードフレームにおいて、該リード
    フレームを導電性とし、その形状を前記混成集積回路基
    板の各々一部が電気的に接続されると共に、各混成集積
    回路基板間に間隙が形成されて固定接続される構成とし
    たことを特徴とするリードフレーム。
