続して構成した装置のゲートターンオフサイリスタの各
々に設けられるゲート回路においてゲートターンオフサ
イリスタのオフゲート電力を蓄積するためのコンデンサ
と、このコンデンサの電荷を放電してオフゲート電流を
供給するスイッチング素子とを具備し、前記コンデンサ
の充電電圧を揃えるために前記スイ゛□ツチング素子の
通流時間を調整する手段を備えたことを特徴とするゲー
