Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はシャーク式燃料噴射ポンプに関する。
従来のジャーク式燃料噴射ボンフ０のフ０ランジャは有
効突き期間が終ると圧力の高い燃料が急激にプランジャ
バレルの穴から給油室へ流出して、キャビテーションに
より空洞が発生したシエロージョンが起きる場合があっ
た。
本発明の目的は上記の点に着目し、キャビテーションの
発生を防止できるシランジャを備えた燃料噴射ポンプを
提供することであり、その特徴とするところは、有効突
き部の終端近傍に軸方向にのびる細溝の微開部を設けた
シランジャを備えたことである。
以下図面を参照して本発明による燃料噴射ポンプにつき
説明する。
第１図は内燃機関に用いられるジャーク式燃料噴射系を
示す。
クランク軸と連動するカム軸によって回転させられるカ
ム５によりローラ４を有するローラガイド３が上下運動
を行う。ローラガイド３に接続するプランジャ１が上下
動を行がい、燃料噴射列？ンプとして働く。燃料は燃料
出入口主管８から枝管７を通りポンプブロック１１とプ
ランジャバレル２の間の給油室２人に入る。シランジャ
が下っている時に、プランジャバレル２の穴ｄからプラ
ン・シャバレル内へ燃料が入り、７０ランジヤ１によっ
て突かれて高圧になシ、ポンプカバー６から燃料弁１０
までをつなぐ高圧管９を通シ、燃料弁１０から筒内に噴
射される。
第２図は本発明によるｌ実施例のプランジャを拡大して
示す斜視図、第３図は第２図のｆ矢視図である。
図において、７０ランツヤバレルの穴ｄはフ０ジンジャ
の有効突き部ａにより閉じようとしている。
７０ランツヤ１が」−に動くと、穴ｄは不効突き部ａに
より閉り、プランジャバレル内ｅの燃料は高圧間 となる。有効突き部ａが終わると、細ｔ１Ｇの微文部す
によりプランジャバレルの穴ｄが少し開き、次に全開部
Ｃによシフ０ランクヤバレルの穴ｄは完全に開いた状態
に身る。
従来形にはここの細溝の微開部すに相当する部分が無く
、高圧の燃料が急激にプランジャバレルの穴ｄから流出
するために高圧ｇ９内にキャビテーションに」＝る空洞
発生や、プランジャバレルの穴ｄの側面や、プランジャ
の有効突き部３表１ｊｊＪにエロージョンが起っていた
。しかし、７０ランツヤの突き終りに細溝の微開部すを
ワンステップ設け、ると、急激な燃料の流出が緩和され
て、上記の諸現象も発生しにくくなる。

  1. １　ジャーク式燃料噴射ポンプにおいて、有効突き部の
    終端近傍に軸方向にのびる細溝の微開部を設けたプラン
    ジャを備えたことを特徴とする燃料噴射ポンプ。
