Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）１つの前輪を有し左右方向に傾斜可能な前部車体
    と、２つの後輪を有する後部車体とで構成され、上記前
    輪と後輪は、フロントブレーキとりャフレーキとによっ
    てそれぞれ制動される自動三輪車において、 ｔａ）　　ハンドレバーの操作にて、上記フロントブレ
    ーキとりャブレーキを連動して作動させる第１のブレー
    キシステムと、 （ｂ）　　フートペダルの操作にて、上記リヤブレーキ
    を作動させる第２のブレーキシステムと、をそれぞれ備
    えたことを特徴とする自動三輪車の制動装置。
  2. （２）上記リヤブレーキが、パーキング操作部材にて操
    作可能なパーキング付のりャブレーキであって、上記フ
    ートペダルとパーキングレバーが、それぞれ共通の連結
    手段にて上記リヤブレーキと連結されていることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の自動三輪車
    の制動装置。
