Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （１）全体的にほぼ長方形の吸収性クッション部１．１
    ０１示それよりも幅、長さとも大きくかつ湿分を透過さ
    せない柔軟なシート５，１０５によって下面を覆われて
    おり、したがって不透過シート５，１０５が横方向、縦
    方向ともクッション部１，１０１からはみ出しており、
    さらに、クッション部１，１０１および不透過性シート
    ５，１０５の上面を覆っている湿分透過性のシート１２
    ．”１１４と、クッション部の両側縁部３，１０３に沿
    って不透過性シート５，１０５に固定された弾性手段９
    ，１１１と、着用者の胴部の周りに閉包するために、前
    記不透過性シート上に設けられた固定子ｆｉ１３，１１
    ５とを具備しており、かつ、不透過性シート５゜１０５
    が、クッション部１，１０１の側縁部３．１０３に沿っ
    てかつこれら側縁部の全長にわたって吸収性クッション
    部の上面の上に折り返された部分７，１０７を両側部に
    有し、弾性手段９，１１１が緊張状態において前記折り
    返し部７，１０７に固定されており、かつ、透過性のシ
    ート１２，１１４が折り返し部７，１０７の上面を覆っ
    ておりかつこの上面に固定されていることを特徴とする
    オムツ。 （２）弾性手段９．１１１が、股下部域における吸　、
    酸性クッション部１，１０１の側縁部３，４；’ｉ０３
    ，１０４より内側において折り返し部７．１０７に固定
    されていることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項に記載のオムツ。 （３）弾性手段９，１１１が折り返し部７，１０７の吸
    収性クッション部１，１０１と向かい合った面に固定さ
    れていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項または第２項に記載のオムツ。 （４）弾性手段９，１１１が折り返し部７，１０７のク
    ッション部１．１０１と返討側の面に固定されているこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第
    ２項に記載のオムツ。 （５）前記弾性手段が帯状の弾性部材９によって形成さ
    れていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第４
    項または第５項に記載のオムツ。−（６）前記弾性手段
    が、多条弾性部材１１１によって形成されていることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項または第４項
    に記載のオムツ。 （７）不透過性シート５，１０５が、オムツの幅より２
    倍大きな幅を有し、かつ、両側縁部１０８の長さの中央
    にかつ吸収性クッション部１０１の長さよりも短かい長
    さにわたって切り欠き部１０９を含んでおり、そ、のた
    め、２つの折′り返し部１０７を折り返した状態でそれ
    らの縦縁部の一部が互いに重なり合いかつそれら縦縁部
    の中間部域に窓部が形成されることを特徴とする、実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第６項の任意の１項に
    記載のオムツ。 （８）各側縁部６，１０６に切り欠き部１０，１１２を
    含んでおり、不透過性シート５，１０５の２つの折り回
    部が接着線または溶接線１１，１１３により切り欠き部
    １０，１１２の全長に沿って接続されていることを特徴
    とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第７項の
    任意の１項に記載のオムツ。 （９）折り返し部７，１０７が接着により吸収性クッシ
    ョン部１，１０１の周りで不透過性シート５．１０５の
    下方折り回部に固定されていることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第９項の任意の１項に記
    載のオムツ。 （１Ｇ　　折り返し部７，１０７が、接着によりクック
    　′ヨン部１０１の周りで不透過性シート５，１０５の
    下方折り回部に固定されており、かつそれらの被覆部域
    で互いに対して固定されていることを特徴とする、実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第７項に記載のオムツ。
