Abstract

PURPOSE:To unify fastening force in a airtight structure formed between manifolds and a stacked cell by fastening with a fastening band by inserting a fastening wedge between manifolds. CONSTITUTION:A stacked cell 1, a manifold 4, and a manifold 4' are temporarily fastened with a fastening band 9 combined with a pin 10, a fastening bolt 11, and a spring 12 through a gasket 5. After positioning, a fastening wedge 6 which is also used to prevent the movement of manifold is inserted between the manifold 4 and the manifold 4', and the cell and manifolds are fastened with the fastening band 9, pin 10, fastening bolt 11, and spring 12. Thereby, fastening force in airtight structure formed between manifolds and the stacked cell is unified.

かず、積層電池1とマニホールド4,4′間よりガスが
漏れる欠点があった。

となるので、ガス漏れ防止が図れる6尚、マニホールド
移動防止兼締付用楔6において、溝7は積層電池締付用
ロッド3の挿入用、溝8は締付バンド9の案内用である
