ラｌ、との接触部分の拡大斜視図であり、固定せき付着
凝固物の生成と成長並びに剥離・移動の各挙動を説明す
るための図である。 １’、１’・・・水冷鋳造ドラム、１″・・・水冷鋳造
ドラムの胴表面、２，２′・・・固定せき、３・・・鋳
片、４・・・溶湯、５・・・タンディシュ、６・・・ピ
ンチロール、７・・・ガイドロール、８・・・高温ガス
ノズル、１０・・・固定せき付着凝固物、１１・・・凝
固シェル。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ２本の水冷ドラムと２個の固定せきにより形成される空
    間に溶湯を連続的に注湯し薄板を連続的に鋳造する装置
    において、水冷ドラムと固定せきが接触して形成される
    ４個所のコーナーの湯面付近に高温高密度エネルギー流
    体を発生する装置を設置してなることを特徴とする連続
    鋳造装置。
