離搬送装置としての分離ロール、３ａは搬送領域として
の刺着搬送領域、３ｂは非搬送領域としての非刺着搬送
領域、５は切断刃、２０　　゛は第１の搬送装置、２１
は第２の搬送装置、２２は剥離バー、１は所定長、Ｓは
単板、Ｓａは定尺単板である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 周長が定尺ベニヤ単板の所定長の整数倍からなると共に
    外周には前記所定長毎に切断刃が軸線方向へ取付けられ
    、回転駆動に伴って搬入されたベニヤ単板を前記所定長
    毎に定尺切断する切断ロールと、 前記切断ロールと対向的に配置され、その周長が前記所
    定長の偶数倍からなり、切断されたベニヤ単板を刺着或
    いは吸着保持する搬送領域と非搬送領域とを前記所定長
    毎に有すると共にその搬送領域及び非搬送領域の先頭と
    切断刃とが略一致するように前記刃物ロールと略等しい
    速度で駆動される分離搬送装置と、 前記刃物ロール及び分離搬送装置との搬出側に多段状に
    配置された少なくとも第１及び第２の搬送装置と、 前記分離搬送装置の搬送方向下手側においてその搬送面
    と交差可能に配置され、搬送領域により保持されたベニ
    ヤ単板を保持解除すると共に第２の搬送装置上へ移載す
    る剥離部材とを備えてなることを特徴とするベニヤ単板
    の定尺切断分離搬送装置。
