DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative board using a wood material as a base material and adhering a decorative board to the surface thereof. ′ □ The wood material that serves as the Tsutomi base material may have various color irregularities due to individual differences in the wood used as the raw material, growth defects such as tar streaks, discoloration caused by microorganisms such as blue discoloration, and chemical discoloration such as iron contamination. It is common for this to occur. When decorative materials are adhered to such wooden substrates using adhesives that become transparent after curing, these color irregularities may be seen through the decorative surface, and the overall color tone may vary depending on the loft of the wooden substrate. Problems such as this are occurring. This tendency is particularly noticeable when the decorative material is thin or highly transparent.

For this reason, a method has been adopted in which the color unevenness is concealed by adding a concealing agent or coloring agent such as a pigment or dye to the adhesive, thereby making the final color tone uniform.

However, when using hardwood thin veneers such as zelkova as a decorative material, the adhesive material seeps out from the conduit part of the decorative veneer or the split part of the veneer during adhesion. In addition, when highly transparent decorative materials such as synthetic resin-infused veneers are used, there may be moxibustion points in appearance, such as spots due to poor dispersion of pigments that can be seen through the decorative materials. i is likely to occur. Furthermore, there is a risk that uneven penetration of the adhesive into the wood base material and roll marks of the spray goo may cause new uneven color tones.

Because of this, it has the advantage of being easily adaptable to the conventional manufacturing process for decorative materials, which is a series of continuous processes, without sacrificing productivity. In particular, when a coloring agent containing thinner or the like as a solvent is used, the drying time is extremely fast even at room temperature, so there is no reduction in workability.
