[Background technology j 51! Architectural boards made by pasting a veneer of natural cedar or other wood onto the surface of the board are used as semi-incombustible materials for interior decoration, etc.
f:: If tlln bonded natural veneer is pasted,
Gypsum board or C) The eluted components and the eluted components from the veneer, especially tannins, reacted, causing discoloration of the surface of the wooden veneer and reducing the quality of the construction board. [Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and when manufacturing a quasi-noncombustible material whose surface is decorated by pasting a wooden veneer on the surface of a gypsum board, the surface discolors. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing boards for construction without any problems. [Disclosure of the Invention] That is, the method for manufacturing a construction board of the present invention is characterized in that a veneer 1 treated with an alkaline solution is adhered to the surface of a gypsum board 2. The above object was achieved by treating the veneer 1 with an alkali to remove discoloring components such as tannins from the veneer 1. The present invention will be explained in detail below. Fig. f51 (a) 1 As shown in this figure, logs 3 are stacked in a basket with spacers sandwiched between multiple natural veneers 4-split with rotary lace to a thickness of 0.3 to 1.21, and then the dragons are soaked in alkali. Soak in water and treat with alkali. As the alkaline water, one in which sodium carbonate, etc. is dissolved in water can be used.
10.5. The treatment can be performed at a temperature of 95±3° C. for about 1 to 2 hours. Next, the basket is immersed in a bleaching solution to bleach the veneer. The pH of the decolorizing solution is 9-10, and the temperature is 60-10.
The temperature may be 70°C and the time may be about 1 to 3 hours. After that, wash the veneer in hot water at 95±3℃ for 30 to 60 minutes.
It is then dyed. Here 95±3°C, 1
It is preferred to dye for ~3 hours. Next, the humidity of the dyed veneer is adjusted to a moisture content of 15 to 35%, and then the veneer with the humidity adjusted in this way is laminated with summer material and urethane adhesive to obtain a composite material. As shown in FIG. 1(1)), this composite material 5 is molded with a concave-convex mold 6 to produce 7 riches 7, and this 7 riches 7 is sliced as shown in FIG. 1(c) to form an artificial A decorative laminated veneer 1 is obtained. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2, this artificial decorative laminated veneer 1 is adhered to the surface of a gypsum board 2 with an adhesive to obtain a construction board A. Therefore, the artificially decorated laminated veneer 1 on the surface of the construction board A obtained in this way has the tannin content of the natural veneer 4 because it has been once treated with an alkaline solution. is removed by reacting with the alkaline solution. Therefore, after the artificial decorative laminated veneer 1 treated in this way is attached to the surface of the gypsum board 2, the veneer 1 is removed by the alkaline components eluted from the gypsum board 2. It does not cause any discoloration. In addition, in the above, the artificial decorative laminated veneer 1 was attached to the surface of the gypsum board 2 to produce the architectural board A, but the wooden decorative veneer was attached to the surface of the gypsum board 2 to produce the architectural board A may also be produced. That is, in that case, a humidity-controlled veneer whose moisture content is controlled to be 35% or less is directly attached to the surface of the gypsum board 2 with an adhesive to produce the architectural board A. The present invention will be specifically described below based on examples. Dog 1" LL 7. Rotary lace the Chiss material to obtain a rotary veneer with a thickness of 1.0 mm, and coat this veneer with 1.0 mm of sodium carbonate.
% solution for alkali treatment. The alkali treatment conditions were pH 9 to 10.5, temperature 95±3° C., and 1 hour. Next, this veneer is heated to a pH of 9 to 10 and a temperature of 60 to 70°C.
The sample is immersed in a 2% hydrogen peroxide solution adjusted to 2% hydrogen peroxide and treated for 2 hours, then washed in hot water at 95±3°C for 30 minutes, and then dyed. This dyeing solution is prepared by treating the dye in a dyeing solution containing 1% dye at 95±3° C. for 1 to 2 hours. next,
After controlling the humidity to a moisture content of 15 to 35%, this humidity control veneer and a composite material are combined. The composite material uses a colored nonwoven fabric, and the surface of this nonwoven fabric is coated with urethane adhesive in an amount of 80±IOg/
m2, stack the above veneer on this composite material and apply a pressure of 1
This is done by pressing at 0 Kg/c+I12 for 2 hours. Next, the 7 rich pieces obtained in this way have a thickness of 0.
.. An artificial decorative laminated veneer was obtained by slicing at 20+am. On the other hand, the surface of a 9fflI11 thick gypsum board was treated by applying a masking agent at a coating amount of 40 to 50 g/1fi2, and then an adhesive (Structbond) was applied to the surface of this gypsum board at a rate of 80 to 90 g/+n2. After applying the artificial makeup laminated veneer, the pressure was 5Kg/cI11.
2. Pressed for 60 seconds at a temperature of 105° C. 6 After that, a water-based amino paint was applied to the surface at a rate of 12 g/2 to obtain a construction board. A building board was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that an ink layer was used instead of the composite material. A construction board was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that a colored sliced veneer with a thickness of 0.20 mm was used instead of the composite material. A building board was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1, except that a curable resin paint was applied at a coating rate of f11 g/2. X1 - natural cedar with a thickness of 0.211IIIl and sodium carbonate
Immerse in 0% solution and treat with alkali. The alkali treatment conditions were pH 9 to 10.5, temperature 95±3° C., and 1 hour. For dogs, use this veneer at 1] H9~10, temperature 60~
It is immersed in a 2% hydrogen peroxide solution adjusted to 70'Ci, :m and treated for 2 hours, then washed in hot water at 95±3°C for 30 minutes, and then dyed. This staining solution is carried out by treating in a dyeing solution containing 1% dye at 95±3° C. for 1 to 2 hours. Next, the humidity was adjusted to a moisture content of 15 to 35% to obtain a decorative wood veneer. On the other hand, a masking agent was applied to the surface of a gypsum board with a thickness of 9 [11111] at a coating amount of 40 to SOg/m2, and the -C surface was treated.
After that, apply 80% Stofktbond to the surface of this plasterboard.
After coating at ~90 g/m2, the artificial decorative i-formed veneer was applied and pressed at a pressure of 5 kg/cI112 and a temperature of 105°C for 60 seconds. Thereafter, a water-based pigment/paint was applied to the surface at a coating amount of 2 g/2 squares to obtain a construction board. The decorative veneer on the surface of the architectural board obtained in each of the above Examples did not discolor for a long period of time. [Effects of the Invention 1] As described above, the present invention has an alkali-treated veneer adhered to the surface of the plasterboard, so that the artificial decorative laminated veneer and wood decorative veneer adhered to the surface have no effect. To obtain a construction board which can control humidity by its hygroscopicity and has a good appearance, and also to obtain a quasi-incombustible key whose veneer surface is not discolored by leached components of the gypsum board.
