第１図は従来の織段防止装置はおける電磁弁付きエアシ
リンダの断面図、第２図は本考案による織段防止装置の
第１実施例の全体構成図、第３図は第２図の織段防止装
置における電磁弁配管系統図、第４図Ａ、　Ｂ及びＣは
機台回転角度に対する電磁弁動作、テンションローラ動
作及び機台回転数の関係を示す説明図、第５図及び第６
図はそれぞれ本考案の第２実施例及び第３実施例につい
ての第３図に相当する系統図である。 図中、２０はワープビーム、２１はテンションローラ、
２６は支持装置（レバー）、２７は空気出口管、２８は
エアシリンダ、２９はピストンロンド、３０は絞り弁、
３１は電磁弁、３２はシリンダ接続用ポート、３３は空
気入口管、３４は空気供給源接続用ポート、３５は排気
ポート、３８は逆止弁である。 第２図

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ワープビームから引出された経糸が織前に導かれ
    る経路中で該経糸に張力を付与するテンションローラと
    、該テンションローラを揺動自在に支持する可動の支持
    装置と、該支持装置に当接スるピストンロンドを有する
    エアシリンダと、・空気入口管を介して空気供給源に接
    続される空気供給源接続用ポート、空気出口管を介し・
    て前記エアシリンダに接続されるシリンダ接続用ポート
    、及び排気ポートを有する方向切換電磁弁と、少なくと
    も前記エアシリンダ内の空気を前記排気ポートから排気
    する際に該空気が通る調節可能の絞り弁とを備え、前記
    電磁弁は、エアシリンダへの空気供給時、空気供給源接
    続用ポートとシリンダ接続用ポートとを排気ポートへの
    通路を遮断したま＼連通させるように構成されている織
    機の織段防止装置。
  2. （２）前記絞り弁は空気出口管に設けられている実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の織機の織段防止装置。
  3. （３）前記絞り弁はエアシリンダから電磁弁への流れを
    阻止する機能を有する逆止弁付きである実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第２項記載の織機の織段防止装置。
  4. （４）前記絞り弁は排気ポー験に設けられている実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の織機の織段防止装置。
