、上記のアクセルセンサ、回転数センサ、車速センサお
よびシフトセンサからの信号を受け、上記アクセルペダ
ルの踏み込み量がゼロで、車速か所定の微小値以下で、
且つ変速段が1速状態にあることが検出されたとき、エ
ンジン負荷が増大してもエンジン回転数が所定値以下と
はならないように、上記スロットル弁を開側へ駆動する
