Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 切換弁によってシリンダの圧力室を空気源と大気とに切
    換連通させることによりピストンを駆動するようにした
    ものにおいて、上記切換弁とシリンダの圧力室とを連通
    させる配管内に、ピストンの所期位置への到達を光学的
    に検出する光フアイバーセンサーにおける光ファイバー
    を挿通させて、その先端の投受光面をシリンダにおける
    ピストンロッドに対向させ、該ピストンロッドに、上記
    光ファイバーの投受光面への反射光の強さを変化させる
    位置検出部を設けたことを特徴、とする光感知形位置検
    出機構付シリンダ制御装置。
