Claims (1)
- 空気圧にて駆動されるシリンダ内のピストンの
位置を非接触にて計測するシリンダ用計測装置に
於て、ピストン端面中央に微小な面積を有する軽
量ミラーを固定し、シリンダ端面に発光器及びイ
メージセンサを配置しそれぞれにレンズを設け、
発光器よりの光を前記ミラーに反射させ、前記シ
リンダ端面のイメージセンサにて反射角を測定す
る、シリンダ用計測装置。
