Detailed Description of the Invention: To manufacture a reinforced concrete or steel-framed concrete structure, first assemble reinforcing bars or steel frames to produce the core of the structure, and then pour concrete around this core to form the entire structure. The company manufactures structures, but since these structures are usually constructed outdoors, the reinforced steel or steel frames are exposed to the elements outdoors for a long time until the concrete is poured. During this time, rust occurs on the surface of the reinforcing bars or steel frames, which impairs the adhesion between the concrete and the steel, resulting in a decrease in the strength of the concrete structure. The purpose of this is to prevent the formation of rust, which is the cause of this.

For this purpose, in the present invention, a mixture of an acrylic acid resin emulsion, a sodium nitrite aqueous solution, and Portland cement is applied onto the surface of a structure made of reinforcing bars or steel frames, and then dried. Alternatively, a strong film is formed on the surface of the steel frame material.

Up until now, polypropionate vinyl emulsion and polybutene emulsion have been used to prevent rust from forming on the surface of reinforcing bars or steel frames with the above-mentioned coating structure, but the anti-corrosion coatings made by these coatings are All of these materials soften due to moisture and are easily damaged by mechanical impact, often causing unexpected damage. However, since the coating of the present invention is strong after being dried and hardened, it will not be damaged by impact caused by mere contact at construction sites, etc., and can safely protect the surface of reinforcing bars or steel frames. can.

As described above, the concrete structure manufactured by the method of the present invention can have a significantly longer overall lifespan. Conventional concrete structures are constructed with a sufficient safety margin in mind even when concrete is poured onto surfaces where the reinforcing bars or steel frames have rust, so they can be used for a while, but their safety will deteriorate over time. Exceeding the rate range will ultimately lead to danger. Therefore, according to the present invention, the safe lifespan of concrete structures can be extended.

When this coating dries, it becomes a strong coating, but since the coating itself is extremely thin, the concrete poured into it adheres extremely well to the reinforcing bars or steel frames, contributing to increasing the strength of the entire structure. It has excellent durability.
