The present invention was made to facilitate the construction of unsaturated polyester resin flake lining or epoxy resin flake lining on concrete surfaces. Conventional linings for concrete have problems such as insufficient adhesion to the concrete surface, surface irregularities, cracks, etc.
Conditions were poor due to cracks, etc., and even if lining was painstakingly constructed, its lifespan was extremely short. In view of this, the present inventors have developed a method by pre-applying a mixture of unsaturated polyester resin or epoxy resin and 100 to 900 parts of inorganic powder of 35 mesh or more on the concrete surface.
It has been found that it is possible to provide a thermosetting resin layer and furthermore to make the application of an unsaturated polyester resin flake lining or an epoxy resin flake on the surface significantly easier. Flake lining in the present invention refers to a thermosetting resin with so-called scale-like (flake) fillers such as glass flakes, mica, graphite, etc. added and made into a putty or paint form, which is used as a lining material. This lining layer has a filler in the form of flakes, so these fillers are stacked on top of each other in the base material and become dense, exerting a so-called barrier effect, resulting in corrosion resistance. Good prevention of permeation of corrosive gases and corrosive liquids into the lining layer. Therefore, in the present invention, with the present laminate,
It not only increases the adhesive strength between concrete and the lining material, but also has the effect of reinforcing the concrete itself and smoothing out cracks, cracks, and uneven surfaces, making lining construction easier. If an inorganic powder with a mesh size of less than 35 is used here, the surface of the laminate will be extremely uneven, making the next lining construction extremely difficult. Furthermore, if the amount of inorganic powder added exceeds 900 parts, the laminate itself will not have strength, and if it is less than 100 parts, the laminate will sag when thickly applied, making it impossible to construct. Next, the present invention will be explained with reference to examples. Example 1 Example of a laminate according to the present invention Base material: Cement mortar Mixture: Epoxy resin 100 parts Polyamide amine curing agent 30 parts Silica sand No. 7 400 parts Construction thickness 5 mm Lining material: Unsaturated polyester flake Lining material Construction thickness 1 mm An example of a conventional laminate Base material: Cement mortar Lining material: Unsaturated polyester resin Flake lining material Construction thickness: 1 mm Adhesion tests and chemical resistance tests were conducted on each of the above laminates. The results are shown below. (1) Adhesion test
