Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain long period stabilization of a soil microorganism, the hermetical sealing of malodorous gas and the simplification of draining equipment, by providing a gas leakage preventing clay wall to the inner periphery of a concrete side wall and allowing the draining pipe provided to one end of a slightly inclined main airway to open to a draining measure. CONSTITUTION:A gas leakage preventing clay wall 5 made of red clay is provided along the inner periphery of a concrete side wall 2 and a ballast, cobblestone or the like are stacked on the bottom surface 6 of a pit 3 in the order of a large particle size to form a malodorous gas diffusion layer 7. Cold gauze 8 is provided under tension, and a sand layer 9 and a soil layer 10 comprising Kuroboku soils are formed. The leading end part of the draining pipe 20 connected to one end of a main airway 11 slightly inclined downwardly is opened into the drain measure 21 provided to the outside of the side wall 2 in a bent form and malodorous gas is sent into the main airway 11 under pressure by a blower. The lower end opening part of the draining pipe 20 is sealed by water. The malodorous gas is penetrated into the diffusion layer 7 and deodorized during rising through the soil layer 10 while deodorized gas is discharged to the open air from the upper surface of the soil layer 10.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] By passing malodorous components into the soil layer, malodorous components can be dissolved in soil moisture, physically and electrostatically adsorbed to soil particle surfaces, decomposed by microorganisms, and interacted with soil components. Odorlessness is achieved through the four actions of neutralization through chemical reactions. Soil deodorization equipment is one of the biochemical methods.
This method has recently been in the spotlight as a resource-saving and energy-saving deodorizing method. It has long been known that soil neutralizes odors.

However, there are few devices that actively try to deodorize soil using microorganisms, and they are still under development, and the establishment of such devices has been desired. , which aims to stabilize the device and deodorizing effect. The purpose of this is to stabilize soil microorganisms over the long term and stabilize the equipment by sealing off foul-smelling gases and simplifying drainage equipment. A ventilation prevention clay wall is installed along the inner circumference of the concrete side wall, a diffusion layer made of ballast or chestnut stone is laid at the bottom of the pit, the top of the layer is covered with cheesecloth, and a sand layer is placed on top of the layer. soil and soil on top of the same sand layer.
A main air duct is buried inside the diffusion layer, a plurality of main air ducts are connected to the main air duct, and a large number of exhaust holes are bored in each main air duct. Connect the air outlet of the blower to one end of the air channel, open the drain pipe provided at the other end into the drainage basin provided under the bottom of the diffusion layer, and connect the main air channel slightly downward to the other end. This invention relates to a deodorizing device using a sloped soil layer. To explain the embodiment of the present invention shown in the drawings, a pit 3 surrounded by a rectangular concrete side wall 2 is formed on the ground 1. This side wall 2 is provided on the foundation 4 and coated with waterproof mortar. The inner peripheral surface of this side wall 2 and the foundation 4
A ventilation prevention clay wall 5 made of red clay or the like is provided along the lower surface of the housing. On the bottom surface 6 of the pit 3, an odor diffusion layer 7 is formed by stacking broken stones, lightweight aggregates, chestnut stones, etc. in order from the largest particle size, and on the top surface of the layer 7, about 200 pieces of cheesecloth 8 are stretched and covered. Then, a sand layer 9 is spread on the top surface. Then, a soil layer 10 of Kuroboku soil etc. is formed on the same sand layer 9, and the same layer 1
0 is exposed to the atmosphere. Natural volcanic ash soil with large porosity and good drainage and water retention properties is normally used for this layer 10, but it is also preferable to use sawdust, zeolite, dissolved phosphorus fertilizer, peat moss, etc. Inside the diffusion layer 7, a first
As shown in the figure and FIG.
A large number of them are buried in the diffusion layer 7 in parallel at equal intervals (see FIGS. 1 and 3). The main airway 12 has a blind pipe 13 at its tip and has numerous through holes 14, and a porous circular pipe or the like is used to discharge odor and to take in rainwater.

One end of the main airway 11 is connected to a connecting pipe 16 to an air outlet 16 of a blower 15 provided outside the pit 3, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4.

The other end of this main air passage 11 is slightly inclined downward, and a drain pipe 20 is connected to the other end as shown in FIG. It is bent and the lower end is opened into the same layer 21. This drainage basin 2'' is provided below the bottom surface 6''. In the figure, 22 indicates the overflow pipe of the drainage basin 21, 23 indicates the closed end plate of the main airway, and 24 indicates the watering pipe. good.

Therefore, when the blower 15 is started, foul-smelling gas is forced into the main air duct 1] from the odor collector via the piping 19.
Although the water level 25 in the drain pipe 20 at the other end is lowered by the wind pressure, it is not discharged from the lower end opening of the drain pipe 20 and is sealed. In this state, the malodorous gas flows through the main airway 12.
It enters the diffusion layer 7 through the numerous exhaust holes 14, spreads throughout the layer 7, passes through the cheesecloth 8, the sand layer 9, and then the soil layer 10.
While entering the layer 10, it becomes an odorless gas due to water dissolution, adsorption, soil microorganisms, etc. as described above, and is released into the atmosphere from the upper surface of the layer 10. When it rains, moisture descends through the soil layer 10, enters the sand layer 9, the cheesecloth 8, the diffusion layer 7, enters the main airway 12 through the exhaust hole 14, enters the main airway 11, and is discharged from the drainpipe 20 into the drainage basin 21. Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the foul-smelling gas forced by the blower 15 is sufficiently diffused in the diffusion layer 7, and evenly passes upward through the sand layer 9 and the soil layer 0, which are prevented from descending by the cheesecloth 8. The sand layer 9 and the soil layer 10 are thoroughly deodorized.
is held by the kerosene gauze 8, and there is no risk of sand or soil entering into the diffusion layer 7 which is a void, thereby preventing clogging of the diffusion layer 7 and maintaining the thickness of the sand layer 9 and the soil layer 10 evenly. This not only makes it possible to prevent short-circuit venting of malodorous gas and sufficiently deodorize the malodor, but also allows rainwater to be quickly drained into the drainage basin 21, and the water sealing by the same layer 21 sufficiently prevents pressurized malodorous gas from leaking. There is a preventive effect.
