タにおける出力電流と飽和電圧との関係を示す曲線図、
第４図は本考案の実施例による電界効果トランジスタを
使用するスイッチング回路図である。 なお、１，２：トランジスタ、３：制御回路、５：入力
、６：出力、７：電界効果トランジスタ、８：ソース、
９ニドレイン、１０：ゲート、ＩＯ：出力電流、Ｖｓａ
ｔ　：飽和電圧、ｉ：ベース電流、ｉ′：ゲート電流。

    び制御入力によって制御される制御回路から出力電流を
    ゲート電流としてゲートに供給する電界効果トランジス
    タを挿入してなるスイッチング回路。
