[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to vegetation on cut slopes and earth embankment slopes, and to a bag for vegetation soil that can be applied to slope stabilization, and more specifically to a bag for use on steep slopes, especially when the ground is bare. This article relates to bags for vegetation soil used within the framework of various methods of construction.

Vegetation construction methods include seed spraying, turf construction, etc., but the bare ground on the steep slope that is the purpose of this invention is often made of bedrock or fractured zones, where the soil collapses violently, exposing the subsoil, and causing weather changes. As a result, soil temperature fluctuates widely and tends to dry out.

Unlike construction methods that use concrete or stone, vegetation works do not begin to function as soon as construction is completed; they only become effective once grass has sufficiently grown and completely covered the slope.

Furthermore, if the ground is bedrock or in a fractured zone, the ground is too hard for the roots to penetrate, and even if the roots do get in, there is little moisture, so sufficient growth cannot be expected.

Most of the rough-textured bags are made of jute, but even if the vegetated sandbags inside the legal framework installed on steep slopes are fully developed, the jute bags will corrode within a few months, so they cannot be used in heavy rainfall. In this case, the bag body must be made of a material that will not corrode for at least several years, as it is often washed and sealed.

Polyolefin tape fabrics are also often used, but in areas where the natural environmental conditions are poor for vegetation, such as bare areas on steep slopes, it often takes several months or more for turfgrass to propagate sufficiently and completely cover the sandbags. Deterioration progresses and the bag often breaks.

Furthermore, since the tape fabric is a woven fabric when roughened, when stress is applied from a certain direction, the weave of the tape fabric is deformed, resulting in a significant decrease in workability.

Since the bag made of braided chemical fibers has a weight of 20 kg or more of earth and sand, it tends to stretch locally and break when the vegetative sandbag filled with earth and sand is transported to the installation site.

Synthetic resin nets are manufactured by directly extruding synthetic resin into a rhombic mesh shape, so it is difficult to stretch the filaments that make up the mesh after molding, so the elongation is large, and the filling is made of earth and sand. The net stretches due to its own weight, significantly reducing work efficiency.

In other words, the present invention arranges the weft threads between the upper and lower two layers of warp threads arranged so that the sides to which the vegetation belt is attached are alternately spaced at equal intervals, or between the upper and lower two layers of warp threads arranged to almost overlap. A coarse bag is made of a net-like material formed by joining the intersections of threads, and a part of the inner or outer surface of the bag is made of a highly swellable water-retaining agent and natural or chemical fibers. This bag is made by attaching a vegetation belt supporting seeds and fertilizer to a non-woven sheet made of woven fabric.

The water-absorbing polymer micro-molded product is mixed with natural fibers such as hemp or chemical fibers such as rayon, polyester fiber, etc., and the water-absorbing polymer micro-molded product is entangled with the fibers by appropriate means to form seeds either fresh or after formation. The highly swellable water retention agent 6 as shown in FIG. 2 is retained by supporting the seeds on the nonwoven sheet by sowing them with fertilizer etc. on the nonwoven sheet, or by adhering them with an appropriate water-soluble binder. A vegetation zone is produced.

The present invention has the characteristics of a net-like material, so unlike conventional net-like products made of woven or braided materials, it does not stretch locally and break the bag. This has remarkable effects such as the fact that the filaments constituting the net do not elongate and significantly reduce workability, which is the case with nets.

If you use the vegetable soil bag of this invention, it will have extremely good water retention, and it will be excellent for plant germination and growth. Moreover, the plants will flourish, and the roots will bind the soil particles and suppress their dispersion.
They become intertwined with each other to form a mat-like structure, and since the bags do not corrode, they will not collapse or be washed away by rainwater even if installed in a legal framework laid on bare ground on a steep slope, so they can be used to provide vegetation and stabilization on steep slopes. can be easily done even in the summer.
