Description

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a method for growing wood using special mulch in slope greening and a method for growing wood, and a bag containing seeds of wood plants laid on the slope and spraying to the slope. By simply constructing a special mat-shaped mulch material over the surface of the seed-mixed growth base layer after construction, the herbaceous and woody growth environment is maintained to create a symbiotic community formation. The purpose of this project is to make possible slope revegetation and to protect the growth base from heavy rains, strong winds, frost heaving and drought disasters.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, the ground cover mainly composed of herbaceous plants has been prioritized for early greening for the purpose of preventing erosion on the slope. In recent years, there has been a desire for a greening method that simultaneously introduces woody plants to reinforce the stability function by harmonizing with the surrounding environment and extending in the root system, and slope planting mainly using woody plants has been implemented. .
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, depending on the construction period, the growth of wood is not good, and the growth base and ground are eroded, or with the growth of wood, simultaneously the sowing herbaceous grass gradually declines to form a community of wood alone. As a result, a phenomenon in which the growth base and the ground surface become thin is observed.
And, the conventional sowing (mixing) of herbaceous and woody will form either single community. That is, as for the 1st, when herb is a main, woody plants which are slow growing are covered and cannot be established (herbaceous single community). The second is that when wood is the main, herbaceous plants in the undergrowth are overwhelmed and decline (single herb community). The third is that when the construction time is not preferred, it is difficult for the trees to grow (the vegetation is sparse).
[0004]
Next, regarding the growth base, the applicant of the present application has been researching and developing the improvement of the slope planting method for many years. As a result, we provided products related to the manufacture of recycled greening bases (Patent No. 2062221, Patent No. 2542525, Patent No. 2000611, Patent No. 1762172, etc.).
Furthermore, the present applicant has developed a recycling planting method called PMC method. The content is that the green soil base material (= registered trademark, designated product: flying powder fertilizer) and the customer soil (= growth base material) mixed with the coating fertilizer are put into the mortar sprayer and the compressor It conveys with compressed air, and sprays it on a slope with predetermined thickness, mixing with water at the time of nozzle injection of the spray hose tip. After that, a net with seeds and curing material is attached to the surface of the sprayed growth base layer.
In other words, by combining seeds with a net body for protecting the growth base and a curing material for promoting germination of plants, the seeds are protected by the net body and the curing material, promoting germination and growth, and throughout the year. Stable construction is possible. (2) Cover the net body to prevent the growth base and seeds from flowing away from raindrops and surface sewage. (3) The net body cover prevents the growth base from sliding off from freezing and thawing. It has the above functions.
[0005]
As a result, greening due to the overgrowth of herbs is obtained on the slopes, slopes, landslides, hard rocks and other natural grounds that require greening. Contributing.
However, even in the greening method of the present applicant, technical improvement is still required due to the necessity of measures for reducing the construction cost.
The following problems are conceivable in common with the conventional greening method related to the applicant, including the patent of the present applicant.
(1) Sudden rainfall or heavy rain during the spraying construction of the growth base, or when the frost heaving action in winter is intense, if the growth base material under the greening net is washed away or collapses, reworking is required each time construction costs Is added.
▲ 2 ▼ Locations where the slope of construction of the growth base layer is steep, locations containing stones and gravel, and locations where frost columns are generated, that is, the slope is more than 45 degrees, or rocks with many weathering and cracks, For cold slopes, etc. In such a slope, before the spraying, a separate wire mesh (typically a lath, a galvanized iron wire diameter of 2.0 mm, a mesh size of about 50.0 mm) is stretched around to spread the growth base material. It is necessary to fix firmly. (For example, utility model registration No. 1592242 "Act No. 59-30061").
By the way, the above-mentioned wire netting work can strengthen the growth base layer, but on the other hand, it leads to an increase in the cost of the greening method, and the wire netting may hinder the sufficient growth of future vegetation. For example, if the roots and trunks of woody plants are tightened and fallen during strong winds, or if they collapse due to a disaster, the damaged area will be expanded by the wire mesh.
(3) During construction in the dry season in summer, the growth base material is dried, so that the germination and growth of plants are not sufficient, and irrigation and additional sowing work is necessary.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the present invention is provided to solve the above conventional problems and achieve the object of the invention.
[0007]
The first of the present invention, in woody plants growing method using a special multi-in slope greening, natural ground, reclamation areas, seeds seeds bag encapsulating of woody plants in the surface layer of the slope of the collapse surface or the like as appropriate After laying at intervals, the soil material mixed with plant seeds is thrown into the mortar sprayer, transported with the compressed air of the compressor, and mixed with water when spraying the nozzle at the tip of the spray hose to the slope. A soil spray is applied to the growth base layer formed by the soil spraying, and a rustle net made of chemical fibers is layered on a web of non-woven fabric processed with ultra-fine polyester short fibers resembling plant roots in random orientation. A person who attaches a multi-material and covers the surface of the growth base layer.
[0008]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in the wood growing method using a special mulch in slope greening, a bag body containing seeds of a woody plant laid at a set interval on the slope and a seed of a herbaceous plant are provided. A growth base layer formed to a predetermined thickness by the soil spraying method on the slope of the mixed customer soil material, a web of nonwoven fabric processed in random orientation with ultra-fine polyester short fibers resembling the capillary roots of plants, and It consists of a multi-material made by superimposing a raschel net made of chemical fibers on the web and stretching it around the surface of the growth base layer .
[0009]
【Example】
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the figure, reference numeral 1 is a slope such as a natural ground, a land for development, a fall surface, etc., and 2 is a bag body containing seeds of a woody plant laid on the surface layer of the slope, and the material is a mesh that is easy to spread. Although it is preferable to use a plant such as linen or cocoon, it is also possible to use a polyethylene bag with a large number of small holes.
Reference numeral 3 denotes a plant growth base layer. A base material is prepared by adding konjac flying powder fertilizer (registered trademark: PI MZAI), coating fertilizer and seeds, and water is injected at the time of nozzle injection using a mortar spraying machine. And spraying to form a predetermined thickness on the slope while mixing.
Reference numeral 4 denotes a mulch (= Mulch) material, which includes a relatively thin mat-like web (Web = cobweb-like fabric) 5 and a chemical fiber raschel net 6. The web 5 has a basis weight of 35 g per 1 m 2 of ultrafine polyester short fiber resembling a plant root, and is processed into a nonwoven fabric in a random orientation.
The Russell net 6 made of chemical fiber is made of polyethylene fiber having a relatively large mesh and a light weight, and the web is overlapped with the web. The Russell Net is assumed to be approximately the same shape and size as the web.
The multi-material 4 has a function of covering the roots to protect the roots of the wood, a function of covering the roots, and a function of filtering (filtering with a filter, and filtering with a strainer). It is what.
7 is an anchor pin for driving into the slope 1 from the surface of the multi-material 4, 8 is a seed of a woody plant enclosed in a bag 2 containing seeds, and 9 is a herbaceous plant mixed in the growth base layer 3. It is a seed.
[0010]
[Specific use examples]
A specific construction example based on the above embodiment will be described. That is, seed bags 2 in which seeds 8 of woody plants are encapsulated are laid at set intervals on the slope 1 of the natural ground, the formation site, the collapse slope, or the like. Next, the growth base material in which herbaceous plant seeds 9 are mixed, and the soil material mixed with pie musai and coating fertilizer are put into a mortar spraying machine and conveyed by the compressed air of the compressor, and the spraying hose While being mixed with water at the time of nozzle injection at the tip, the slope 1 is sprayed to a predetermined thickness.
And the web 5 formed by nonwoven fabric processing the ultra-fine polyester short fiber resembling a plant's capillary root in random orientation to the growth base layer 3 formed by the customer soil spraying work is 5.0 mm in thickness and 1.0 m in width. The length is set in the range of 25.0 m to 50.0 m and stretched. After the polyester raschel net 6 is overlaid on the web, the anchor pins 7 are driven at predetermined intervals. The surface of the growth base layer 3 is covered.
And the herb which germinated the seed 9 of the herb plant mixed in the growth base layer 3 grows by growing from the gap of the web 5 and the mesh of the rough Russell net 6 to the surface.
[0011]
Observing the results of spraying the seed encapsulating bag 2 and the growth base layer 3 laid on the slope 1, a tree of about one (or one) in 3 m 2 was formed, It was confirmed that it was covered with herbs.
Therefore, it is practically appropriate to improve the growth environment of woody plants at a rate of about 1 (1 strain) per 3 m 2 .
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, stable germination can be achieved by enclosing and curing the seeds of woody plants in a seed bag that is easy to spread. In addition, the multi-material having the function of root cover and root cover can prevent pressure and erosion of the ground surface due to the invasion of herbs. Furthermore, germination and growth of woody plants can be promoted by the water supply / water retention function of the mulch material. In addition, when there is rain immediately after construction in the greening work, rainwater hitting the construction surface is drained by the filter function within the thickness of the web, and the growth base is covered with rainwater by the root cover and the root fence function. Prevent erosion. Moreover, even if a strong wind hits the construction surface, it passes through the web by the multi-material filter function. Furthermore, seeds on the growth base surface are not blown away by root cover or rooting functions, and the seeds are not washed away. Further, by maintaining the heat retaining effect of the mulch material even by freezing and thawing in winter, the collapse of the growth base is prevented. Next, there are effects such as strengthening of the conventional construction method and omission of wire mesh (lass) upholstery. The strengthening of the conventional method is as follows: (1) It is possible to prevent the loss of the growth base material due to the rain immediately after spraying or in the state of the soft growth base due to continuous long rain. (2) The loss of the growth base due to the rainwater flow in the event of a sudden heavy rain disaster and the subsequent collapse of the slope itself can be prevented. (3) The heat-retaining effect reduces the freezing and thawing action of dumping and prevents the growth base material from frost collapse. (4) Prevents rapid evapotranspiration due to drought, retains moisture, and suppresses the drying of the growth base material, ensuring the germination and growth of plants. The advantages and strengthening functions described above continue even after the plant has settled, and the safety of the slope itself is further improved.
Next, with regard to the result that the wire mesh (lass) upholstery can be omitted, (5) Since the wire mesh (lass) upholstery can be omitted, the construction is easy and the construction period is shortened. (6) Cost can be reduced. (7) If landslides such as gravel and weathered rock occur, local damage will be stopped and the area affected by the damage will be minimized. (8) Roots and trunks of woody plants can grow sufficiently and will not fall down in strong winds. The effects as described above can be obtained.
