However, depending on the construction time, the growth of the woody plants is not good and the growth base and the ground are eroded, or with the growth of the woody plants, the ground seedlings sown at the same time gradually decline. This leads to the formation of a stand alone of trees, resulting in the phenomenon that the growth base and the ground surface become thin. In addition, conventional simultaneous seeding (mixing) of herbs and trees results in formation of a single community. That is, in the first case, when the herb is mainly used, the slow-growing woody trees are under pressure and cannot be established (herbaceous single community). Part 2
When a tree is mainly used, herbaceous undergrowth is oppressed and declines (single community). Third, if the construction time is not favorable, it is difficult to grow woody species (slopes with sparse vegetation).

[0005] As a result, greening due to the overgrowth of herbs is obtained on the ground surface such as slopes, collapsed slopes, landslides, and hard rock wastelands that require greening. Contributing to the landscape. However, even in the greening method of the present applicant, technical improvement is still required due to the need for measures to reduce construction costs. The following problems can be considered in common with the related conventional greening method including the patent of the present applicant. In the event of sudden rainfall, torrential rain, or severe frost heaviness in winter during spraying of the growth base, if the growth base material under the greening net is washed away or collapses, repairs are required, and construction costs are added each time. You. Places where the slope of the construction base layer slopes steeply, places that contain rubble, and places where frost columns are generated, that is, rock slopes with more than 45 degrees or weathering or cracks,
In a cold area, etc., such a slope requires a separate wire mesh (typically lath, galvanized iron wire diameter 2.0 mm) before spraying.
mm, a mesh of about 50.0 mm) to firmly fix the growth base material. (For example, Utility Model Registration No. 1592242, "Jiko No. 59-30061"). By the way,
The wire meshing work described above can strengthen the growth base layer, but on the other hand, it leads to an increase in the cost of the greening method and the wire mesh may hinder sufficient growth of vegetation in the future. For example, the roots and trunks of woody plants are tightened and fall down in a strong wind, or in the unlikely event of a collapse due to a disaster, the wire mesh increases the area affected by the wire mesh. In the construction in the dry season in summer, the growth base material is dried, and the germination and growth of plants are not sufficient, and irrigation and additional sowing work are required.

According to the present invention having the above-mentioned structure, stable germination can be achieved by enclosing the seeds of a woody plant in a seed bag that is easy to grow and curing. In addition, the mulch material having the functions of the mulch and the mulch can prevent the pressure and the erosion of the ground surface due to the invasion of herbs. Further, germination and growth of woody plants can be promoted by the water supply / water retention functions of the mulch material. Furthermore, in the case of greening work, if there is rainfall immediately after the work, the rainwater hitting the construction surface will be drained by the filter function within the thickness of the web, and the growth base will be covered by the rainwater by the root covering and the surrounding fence function. Prevent erosion. Even if a strong wind hits the construction surface, it passes through the web by the filter function of the multi-material. Furthermore, seeds and the like on the growth base surface are not blown away and washed away by the root covering or root surrounding function. In addition, since the heat retention effect of the mulch is maintained even by freeze-thaw in winter, collapse of the growth base or the like is prevented. Next, there are effects such as reinforcement of the conventional method and omission of wire mesh (lath) stretching. As an enhancement of the conventional method, it is possible to prevent the growth base material from flowing out due to rainfall immediately after spraying or in a soft growth base state due to continuous long rain. Rainwater flow during a sudden heavy rain disaster can prevent the loss of growth bases and the subsequent collapse of the slope itself. Freezing and thawing effect of dumping is reduced by the heat retention effect,
Prevents frost collapse of the growth base material. Prevention of drastic evaporation of water due to drought, retention of water, and suppression of drying of the growth base material ensure germination and growth of plants. The above advantages and strengthening functions continue even after the plants have survived, and the safety of the slope itself is further improved. Next, regarding the result that the wire mesh (lath) stretching work can be omitted, the wire mesh (lath) stretching work can be omitted, so that the construction is easy and the construction period is shortened. Cost can be reduced. If landslides such as gravel or weathered rock should occur, the damage will be limited to local damage, and the area affected by the disaster can be minimized. The roots and stems of the woody plants can grow sufficiently and will not fall down in strong winds. The above effects can be obtained.
