Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the replenishment of poultry feed simultaneously with waste water treatment, by combining a water channel type sand filter bed and poultry farming. CONSTITUTION:A cutoff film 2 i laid on the bottom part of a trench trough 1 provided in soil by digging and various waste water are flowed onto coarse sand 4 allowed to pack the trench trough 1 from the waste water collecting pipe 3 arranged in the cutoff film 2. The solid substance 5 remaining on the coarse sand 4 is used as the feed of a chicken 6 while the coarse sand 4 and the solid substance 5 are mixed by the chicken 6 to prevent the clogging of a sand filter bed. At the same time, the propagation of an aerobic microorganism is promoted.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for purifying gray water by combining a flume-type sand filter bed and poultry farming.

Most of the conventional ideas for gray water treatment have been limited to sedimentation and separation tanks. According to this, unless the device has a very large capacity, when bath water or washing water is flushed all at once, the water flow stirs and floats the precipitates, resulting in a problem in which the precipitate separation efficiency deteriorates. Even if a large capacity and efficient separation were possible, it would be difficult to process the excess sludge with your own labor and you would have to rely on vacuum trucks, and the vacuum trucks would also transfer the pumped-out excess sludge to the frozen ground. The reality is that the waste is not received by the treatment plant, and the solid-liquid separation, which was established as an extra measure to prevent pollution, is not actually fulfilling its purpose.

In response to this, the inventors have developed a gray water treatment device that is considered to be almost ideal, combining a 100-meter filtration device with a capillary infiltration trench method, and are seeing it put into practical use. Since it is necessary to replace the Ami filtration device about once every 15 days and bury the sludge captured by it in the soil, it was necessary to further solve the problem of bad odor in that case.

As mentioned above, the conventional methods were stuck in the treatment of sludge, but the new idea of the present invention is to fundamentally change the concept of treating excess sludge from gray water and use it as poultry feed. In order to make it useful, rice bran, rice bran, This is an attempt to use supplementary feed such as wheat bran to prevent bad odors.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, 1 is a bare trench groove,
A water stop film or a water stop plate 2 is laid at the bottom. A collection and drainage pipe 3 is disposed within the water stop film 2. This collection and drainage pipe 3 is made of a thin ceramic pipe, a perforated synthetic resin full-gate pipe, or the like.

The groove 1 is usually filled with coarse sand 4, but coal ash from a thermal power plant may be used to promote permeation performance, filtering performance, overperformance and capillary siphon performance. 5 is solid content contained in gray water, and since most of it is food residue from the kitchen, it can be used as feed for chickens.

In the above-mentioned device, first, the coarse sand 4 filled in the groove 1 is
When miscellaneous wastewater from the kitchen is flushed through the drain, the water permeates through the coarse sand 4 as shown by arrow A, and reaches the water-stop membrane 2. The sewage inside the water-stop membrane 2 flows in the direction of arrow B due to the capillary siphon phenomenon.
It infiltrates into the natural soil outside the structure 1 and reaches groundwater while being purified by soil microorganisms. When there is a large amount of gray water to be treated and it exceeds the processing power of the capillary siphon, the filtered gray water is collected in the collection and drainage pipe 3 and drained from its end. According to this device, the quality of the treated water infiltrating in the direction of arrow B is always below 5pp+n in BOD value, and the quality of the treated water discharged from the collection and drainage pipe 3 is B
The OD value shall be 30 ppm or less.

水分が濾過されたあとの粗砂4上には固形分5が残る。Solid content 5 remains on the coarse sand 4 after the moisture has been filtered.

As shown in Figure 2, when a chicken 6 is released on this solid content 5,
The chickens 6 feed on the leftover kitchen food and sometimes kick it with their feet to dig up and stir the upper part of the coarse sand 4.

The depth of FA that the chickens dig up is up to around 20 cm, and the depth at which the solids 5 are captured by the filtration action of the gray water by the coarse sand 4 is about 10 ctI+, so the chickens 6 dig up the remaining food thoroughly. Also, soil animals 7 such as earthworms in the coarse sand 4 are dug up and the upper part of the coarse sand 4 is sufficiently stirred.

In this way, if the number of chickens is set so that the amount of gray water and the amount of feed required by the chickens are balanced, it is possible to feed the chickens adequately without leaving any surplus. If there is a concern about the occurrence of a bad odor, such as during the rainy season, a thin layer of supplementary feed such as bran, rice bran, fermented feed, fermented compost, etc. 8 may be sprinkled on the solid material 5.

As shown in Figure 2, the soil in which filtered sludge and coarse sand are mixed by chickens has a high value as compost, and is used twice a year.
The field may be fertilized by digging a trench to a depth of 0 cm, and the trench may be filled with new coarse sand.

If the chickens are used primarily for meat or egg collection, the filter bed may be covered with a metal tunnel and communicated with the poultry house, but the chickens are only used for automatic sludge processing, and egg collection is a secondary purpose. If so, they may be allowed to roam free. If you use it for home food production as fertilized eggs or natural food chicken Jj+3. This makes it possible to have the most rational natural diet and complete treatment of sewage and sludge, and the social value of improving diet, including pollution control, achieved by the present invention is extremely high.
