Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　食品を内蔵して燻煙処理するための燻煙室１と、木
    材チップ２４を不完全燃焼させる加熱装置２１を備えた
    発煙器３３と、発煙器３３で発生した煙を燻煙室１・に
    導（導片管を有し、該４煙管内の煙を管外から冷却する
    煙冷却装置とを備えたことを特徴とする燻煙装置。 ２　導片管が熱伝導性の良い金属管で構成されたことを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の燻煙装
    置。 ３　金属管が導片管の長さを変更でき且つ金属管の表面
    積を増大できる伸縮自在の蛇腹管１０で構成されたこと
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の燻煙
    装置。 ４　導片管はその長さを変更でき且つ金属管の表面積を
    増大できる伸縮自在の蛇腹管で構成されたことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の燻煙装置。 ５　煙冷却装置は、導片管を冷却する冷却器と、導片管
    の温度を検知して冷却器の運転を制御する感温部材２９
    とを含むことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項から第４項までのいずれか１つに記載の燻煙装置。
