- 第１加熱室３と第２加熱室５を並設し、前記第１加熱室
３に、それを加熱するための高温ガスを発生する燃焼装
置Ａを付設し、前記第１加熱室３を加熱するための第１
高温ガス用流路９の出口９ａと、前記第２加熱室５を加
熱するための第２高温ガス用流路１４の入口１４ａを連
通ずる高温排ガス供給路１５を設けである事を特徴とす
る食品用加熱装置。
