Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 作動電圧源に対して順次第１のトランジスタのコレクタ
    ・エミッタ・マツチング用の抵抗、第２のトランジスタ
    のコレクタ拳エミッタ・バイアス抵抗を直列接続し、前
    記第２のトランジスタのコレクタに負荷抵抗を接続した
    一定インピーダンス回路において、前記マツチング用の
    抵抗により所望の出力インピーダンス値を得ると共に、
    前記バイアス抵抗と、前記負荷抵抗の値を前記第１・第
    ２のトランジスタに入力される信号の振幅比に関連して
    定め、マツチング用の抵抗に発生する信号成分を除去す
    るように設定したことを特徴とする一定インピーダンス
    出力回路。
