Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は工作機械の主軸先端部を覆うカバー装置に関す
るもので、特に該主軸が前後のみならず、上下左右に変
位するものについて、この変位に追随するカバー装置を
提供することを目的とする。
一般に研削、切削作業の高能率化に伴ない研削油ないし
切削油が大量、且つ高圧化する傾向にあり、この雰囲気
を遮蔽するカバーは公害対策のためにも一段と気密化す
ることを要求されている。
特に主軸の先端部分を覆い、該主軸の上下左右の変位に
追随して自由に動き得、且つ高度な気密性を保持するよ
うなカバー装置については、上記要求を満足するものが
従来はなかった。
この考案は上記に鑑みて考案されたものであって、第１
図に示すように箱状カバー１の前端板部材１１の内側に
板部材１２がスペーサ１３を介してビス止めされている
。
両部材１１． １２の内周は略々等しい形状寸法であっ
て、主軸先端部分５が上下、左右に移動する際干渉しな
いような形状寸法（第２図に示すＡの如きもの）に形威
してある。
上記両部材１１．１２のなす二重構造部分に枠部材２が
収蔵挾持されている。
この枠部材２は第２図に示すように前記スペーサ１３に
よって左右の動きを拘束され、上下（第２図のＹ矢印）
にのみ移動可能となっている。
この枠部材２の内側に更に移動力バー３が配設される。
この移動力バー３の外周縁辺は前記部材１１． １２の
内周形状Ａよりも充分に大きく、且つ前記枠部材２によ
って上下の動きを拘束され、左右方向（第２図のＸ矢印
）にのみ移動可能となっている。
またこの移動力バー３の内周にはＯリング４が装着され
、該Ｏリング４を介して主軸先端部分５に装嵌している
。
本考案のカバー装置は上記の如きものであるから、主軸
が上下に動いた時には前記Ｏリング４を介して移動力バ
ー３と枠部材２が共にスペーサ１３内を上下に動き、主
軸が左右に動く時は前記Ｏリング４を介して移動力バー
３が枠部材２内を左右に動く。
そしていづれの場合にも本考案カバー装置の前端部分に
は開放空間が生ずることなく、気密性が保持される。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 箱状のカバー内に主軸先端が貫入しており、該主軸が前
    後のみならず上下左右に変位する工作機械のカバー装置
    であって、上記箱状カバーの主軸貫入部である前端板部
    の内周縁辺が二重構造となっており、該二重構造部分に
    板枠部材が一方向移動可能に収蔵扶持されており、この
    移動方向と直角の方向にのみ移動可能に該板枠部材の内
    周側に移動力バーが設けてあり、該移動力バーの外周縁
    辺も上記箱状カバー前端板部の二重構造部分に収蔵扶持
    されており、且つ上記主軸の先端は該移動力バーのほぼ
    中央部に軸封手段を介して装嵌していることを特徴とす
    るカバー装置。
