れるＰＮＰ形トランジスタにて構成される第２のエミッ
タホロワ回路とを設け、該第１及び第２の電流源をスイ
ッチング信号により該スイッチング信号のレベルに対応
して一方がオン（オフ）、他方がオフ（オン）となるよ
うに接続し、かつ、該第１のエミッタホロワ回路の出力
点と該第２のエミッタホロワ回路の出力点とを接続して
なり、該スイッチング信号により該第１及び第２のエミ
ッタホロワ回路をオン、オフせしめて該出力点より該第
１の入力信号と該第２の入力信号とをスイッチングして
