Claims (1)

出力電流を取す出す状態と、前記第２のトランジスタの
ベースとコレクタとを接続しかつ同コレクタに基準電流
を流して前記第１のトランジスタのコレクタかう出力電
流を取り出す状態とを互いに等しい期間で切り換えるよ
