Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove the water remaining in the tube after the drainage operation of the water in a pipeline or a heat transmitting tube without imparting an adverse effect to the tube itself by a method wherein a dried clean cloth (gauze for example) or a sponge body is utilized. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 1, provided with a vessel wall arranged with a multitude of small holes, is attached to the end opening of a vacuum hose 4 connected to a vacuum pump while pushing boards 3, between which the water adsorbing material 2 such as the sponge body or the like, for example, is pinched, are arranged before and after the vessel 1. Water drops or the like, remaining in the heat transmitting tube 6, may be removed through the sponge body 2 contacting with the internal surface of the tube 6 by scanning the body 2 into the axial direction of the tube 6 while reducing the pressure. According to this method, problems, such as corrosion and damage due to the condensation of impurity upon evaporation or the like, may be eliminated and the water remaining in the tube may be removed.

Conventionally, the method for removing the water filled in the tube is to drain it by blowing nitrogen gas from one end of the heat transfer tube, but with this method, it is not possible to completely drain the water inside the tube. We are in a difficult situation. Possible methods for removing water remaining in the pipe after the drain operation described above include evaporative drying such as heating drying or vacuum drying, but when using this method, impurities in the residual water concentrate and deposit on the inner surface of the pipe. There were drawbacks such as adverse effects such as corrosion damage on heat exchanger tubes.

An object of the present invention is to provide a device that removes water remaining in the pipes or heat exchanger tubes after draining the water therein, without adversely affecting the tubes themselves as much as possible.

The present invention applies a method of absorbing water using a dry, clean cloth (for example, gauze) or a corpus cavernosum as a method for removing water remaining on the surface of a substance.

以下、本発明の一実施例を第1図によシ説明する。An embodiment of the present invention will be explained below with reference to FIG.

A container 1 having a container wall with a large number of small holes is attached to the opening at the tip of a vacuum hose 4 connected to a vacuum pump C (not shown). Holding plates 3 are arranged before and after the container 1, and a water-absorbing material 2 (for example, corpus cavernosum, etc.) is placed between the holding plates, and while the inside of the container 1 is evacuated by a vacuum pump, etc. By moving and scanning in the axial direction, water droplets etc. remaining in the heat exchanger tube 6 can be removed via the corpus cavernosum 2 in contact with the inner surface of the heat exchanger tube 6.

According to the present invention, the water remaining on the inner surface of the pipe can be removed without evaporating, so the remaining water can be removed without problems such as corrosion damage caused by concentration of impurities during evaporation.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, by providing pressure receiving bodies on the outer surface of the vacuum hose 4 at constant pitches in the axial direction, the tip of the device can be formed into a helical coil shape using nitrogen gas or the like. It is also possible to feed into thin heat transfer tubes.
Residual water inside the pipe can be removed.
