При достижении определенной величины разрежени  вентиль 15 закрывают, а вентиль 10 открывают, и моющий раствор поступает в канал 7 и полость 6. При Б.СЛЮченйи ультразвуковых колебаний в жидкости возникает кавитаци , эффективно очищающа  стенки датчика, при этом остатки воздуха диспергируютс  в моющей жидкости, заполн ющей внутреннюю прлость очищаемого издели .Installation, works as follows.
