Abstract

PURPOSE:The titled cosmetic containing powder constituting the pressed powdery cosmetic constituted of a spherical powder having a specific particle diameter in combination with a fine particulate powder, having a constant and uniform pressed hardness and improved removability and adhesion in use without causing the cracking of the pressed surface. CONSTITUTION:A pressed powdery cosmetic obtained from 20-90wt% based on powder constituting the pressed powdery cosmetic spherical powder having 1- 40mu, preferably 5-20mu particle diameter, e.g. inorganic powder such as calcium silicate, organic powder such as regenerated cellulose or homopolymer or copolymer powder or nylon powder, and 5-30wt% fine particulate powder having <=0.1mu particle diameter, e.g. fine powder silica such as silicic acid anhydride or magnesium metasilicate aluminate. EFFECT:The spherical powder can be incorporated in a high proportion by the combination with the fine particles, and good pressability can be maintained. Usually used other components can be used in the same way as before.

Conventionally, when producing pressed powder cosmetics in stages, powder components including pigments and metal soaps are combined with oil components such as hydrocarbons and esters, and moisturizing agents such as polyhydric alcohols and sugar alcohols. The common method was to add drug ingredients, as well as fragrances and medicinal ingredients depending on the heart, mix these ingredients, crush them, and then press-fill them. In a normal type of pressed powder cosmetic, the composition ratio of the powder component is more than 901%, and even in a type with a high oil component called soft cake, the composition ratio of the powder component is 70 to 70%. It is no exaggeration to say that the characteristics of powder cosmetics are determined by the selection of powder components, their combination method, and composition. Conventionally, spherical powder has been used as one of the powder components in order to provide lightness and a good feel when applying powder cosmetics to the skin. However, when spherical powder is blended, the shape of the particles (spherical or shape similar to a rib) and flow characteristics are large, so as the blending force increases, the pressability deteriorates, especially when powder components are mixed. A mixed powder containing 2ON1% or more of spherical powder is pressed to produce a good dryness condition (constant and uniform press hardness, no cracking on the pressed surface, easy removal and adhesion to cosmetic tools). It has been said that it is difficult to enshrine.

In order to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks and improve pressability, methods such as applying glue to the inside of the inner plate or using wax or metal soap as a binder have been used, but the former In the above method, the reinforced part is limited to the contact point between the inner plate and the powder,
When the blended amount of spherical powder reaches 20 times or more of the powder component, the disadvantage is that the press (ILl!) degree decreases and the press hardness becomes uneven, leading to destruction of the press surface. Unfortunately, neither method was preferable.

Therefore, the present inventor solved the problems of such conventional technology,
While making the most of the sensory characteristics when blending spherical powder,
As a result of intensive research to improve the pressability of mixed powders, we found that when a fine particle powder with a specific particle size is used as one component of the mixed powder and is blended at a certain ratio, pressability improves. However, the present invention was completed based on the discovery that the sensory characteristics derived from the spherical powder can also be maintained.

The content is 20 to 90% by weight, preferably 60 to 80% by weight. If the amount of spherical powder is less than 20, it will not be possible to fully demonstrate the characteristics of the spherical powder, and if the amount exceeds 90, it will be difficult to create a well-balanced product in relation to other ingredients (fine powder, pigments, etc.). It becomes difficult to make.

The blending amount of such fine particle powder is 5 to 30% by weight, preferably 10 to 20% by weight. If the amount is less than 5%, no improvement in pressability can be expected, and if the amount exceeds 30%, the tactile surface during use will be affected due to the inherently high oil absorption property of fine particle powder. Then, the feeling of dryness, dryness, and dryness becomes stronger, which is not suitable.

As mentioned above, the feature of the present invention is that in combination with fine particle powder, it is possible to mix spherical powder at a high ratio of 20 to 90% by weight, and even at that time, good pressability ( It is said to be able to maintain its hardness, impact resistance, removability and adhesion to cosmetic tools. Furthermore, it is no exaggeration to say that other commonly used ingredients (powders, pigments, oil ingredients, moisturizers, etc.) can be used as usual.
