Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

A television video signal is frequency modulated - this is sampled every horizontal period and sequentially written to N charge transfer elements at a specific clock pulse frequency - when reading, this signal is read using a clock pulse with a frequency of N-1 during writing. When read out, the signal is expanded (N-1) times on the open axis and recorded on the tape using N heads, and when played back, the signals reproduced from these N heads are transferred to the N charge transfer elements. When reading, the horizontal synchronizing signal in the original television video signal recorded on a separate track on the tape is read out sequentially with (N-1) times as many clock pulses as the writing time, and the read signals are synthesized. 1.
