  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電子部品を吸着すや吸引管と、 前記吸引管を中に相対して配置され、各々一端には吸引
    管に吸着された部品を挾む位置決め用爪部を、他端には
    カムフォロワ部を有する、対をな゛　　　すシーソーレ
    バーと、 前記対をなすシーソーレバーを、互の位置決め用爪部が
    離反する方向に附勢するばねと、前記カムフォロワ部と
    吸引管との間に配置され、吸引管の軸線方向に移動する
    ことにより対をなすカムフォロワ部を内側から押拡げて
    位置決め用爪部を接近させるカムとを備えた電子部品装
    着装置。
